Für mich sehr interessant, hier hat sich sogar die lange Anfahrt ausgezahlt. The company is not that easy to find, probably because of the many construction sites. Very interesting for me, here even the long journey paid off.
M	Maria Guerrero-Gatt on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir können nur jedem Bauherren dringend davon abraten, mit Schafferer Holzbau sein Eigenheim zu verwirklichen. Wir haben selten solch unprofessionelles Arbeiten erlebt. Die Firma Schafferer war bei unserem Hausbau als Generalunternehmen beauftragt (schlüsselfertig). Der Bauleiter war so gut wie nie vor Ort. Es fehlte an allem, Planung, Koordination und v.a. die Kommunikation mit uns als Kunden. Unsere Anfragen wurden wochenlang oder -häufiger- gar nicht beantwortet. Dies führte schlussendlich zu einem Einzug in ein Haus voller Mängel. Auf die Behebung dieser warten wir seit nunmehr 2 Jahren. Die Fenster wurden schwer mangelhaft eingebaut, es zog aus allen Ritzen, im UG verfärbt sich bereits das Mauerwerk. Angeblich wurde ein Blower door Test durchgeführt, welcher "unauffällig" war, erst ein zweiter Test in unserer Anwesenheit zeigte dann die Auffälligkeiten. Wir wurden dahingehend als Kunden nie ernstgenommen, es wurde uns schlicht nicht geglaubt. Die Fa. Schafferer kann hier nicht zu ihrer Verantwortung stehen und bezichtigte mehrmals ihre Subunternehmen als Schuldigen. Die Fenster sind nur ein Beispiel, leider haben wir noch viel mehr Mängel. Wir haben definitiv eine andere Qualität erwartet, da die Fa. Schafferer auch nicht gerade zu den Billiganbietern zählt. Deshalb wollen wir andere Bauherren, v.a. die "Kleinen, Privaten" warnen. Schafferer scheint nur am Profit und an Großprojekten interessiert zu sein, der Einzelne zählt hier leider gar nicht. We can only urgently advise all builders against building their own home with Schafferer Holzbau. We have rarely seen such unprofessional work. The Schafferer company was commissioned as the general contractor for our house construction (turnkey). The site manager was almost never on site. Everything was missing, planning, coordination and, above all, communication with us as customers. Our inquiries were not answered for weeks or - more often - at all. This ultimately led to a move into a house full of defects. We have been waiting for this to be resolved for 2 years now. The windows were badly installed, it pulled from all cracks, in the basement the masonry is already discolored. Allegedly a blower door test was carried out, which was "normal", only a second test in our presence then showed the abnormalities. We were never taken seriously as customers, we were simply not believed. The Schafferer company cannot accept its responsibility here and has repeatedly accused its subcontractors as guilty. The windows are just an example, unfortunately we have many more defects. We definitely expected a different quality, as Schafferer is not exactly one of the cheap suppliers. That's why we want other builders, especially warn the "little ones, private ones". Schafferer only seems to be interested in profit and large-scale projects, unfortunately the individual does not count here.
D	Daniela Peer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir haben zuerst unseren Dachboden ausgebaut und Jahre später dazu gebaut und beides Mal die Firma Schafferer dafür engagiert. 13 Jahre später ist immer noch alles in einem Top Zustand! Super Firma! Super Mitarbeiter! Super Arbeit! Kompetent, sauber, schnell, flexibel, verlässlich. Besser gehts nicht. Wir würden jederzeit wieder mit dieser Firma bauen. We first expanded our loft and years later built and both time the company Schafferer committed for it. 13 years later, everything is still in top condition! Great company! Great employee! Good job! Competent, clean, fast, flexible, reliable. It does not get any better. We would always build again with this company.
