★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Trotz Terminvereinbarung war der Herr nicht da, bzw. hat er sich nicht sehen lassen. Eine ältere Dame war völlig überfordert, wusste nicht, dass Prothese im Haus ist. Für mich war das katastrophal, weil nichts erledigt wurde.
Despite making an appointment, the gentleman was not there or did not show up. An older lady was completely overwhelmed, did not know that the prosthesis was in the house. It was catastrophic for me because nothing was done.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Meine Veniers sehen toll aus und halten Dank Herrn Müller nun perfekt! Das Team ist immer freundlich, schnelle Termine. Zahnärztin ist auch zufrieden. Dass es mal wegen Akutfällen zu Wartezeiten kommen kann, dafür sollte man Verständnis haben. Ich kann jedenfalls wieder beherzt lachen. TOP!
My Veniers look great and, thanks to Mr. Müller, are now holding perfectly! The team is always friendly, quick appointments. The dentist is happy too. You should understand that there can be waiting times due to acute cases. In any case, I can laugh heartily again. TOP!
