Ich war mit meinem Freund dort, weil wir Hilfe bräuchten für eine einfache Kabel verbindung. (Oder wie man das nennt). Statt das der Verkäufer es uns zeigt wie es geht, macht er meinen Freund noch lustig das er es selber machen muss. Nja gelacht hat er nicht aber man hat es angemerkt das er nicht wirklich helfen wollte....und es lustig fand das mein Freund sich nicht auskennt. Obwohl mein Freund sagte:,, bitte machen sie das“. ,,Ich kenne mich wirklich nicht aus.“ (mit schämenden aber freundlicher stimme). Nein. Er sagt zurück: ,,nein sie können das....Bräuchten nur die kabeln reingeben.“ das ging 2-3x diese kommunikation. Dann versuchte mein Freund ohne ahnung die Kabeln zu stecken. Hats natürlich nicht geschafft. Am ende hat der verkäufer kurz nur 2 kabeln angesteckt und den rest soll mein Freund daheim machen. Man schäm sich eh, weil man sich nicht auskennt, aber deswegen fragt man ja. Und wird nicht klein gemacht nur weil man sich nicht auskennt. Traurig. Eigentl. man fragt nett um Hilfe und man wird man nur klein gemacht. Wir kommen nie wieder in das Geschäft besuchen. Nicht zum weiter empfehlen. Deswegen 1stern. Rude and unhelpful seller to people who don't know what they're doing. I was there with my friend because we needed help with a simple cable connection. (Or as you call it). Instead of the seller showing us how to do it, he makes my friend funny that he has to do it himself. Well he didn't laugh but it was noted that he didn't really want to help ... and it was funny that my friend didn't know what to do. Even though my friend said, "please do it". "I really don't know my way around." (With a shameful but friendly voice). No. He says back: "No, you can do that ... just need to put in the cables." That was 2-3x this communication. Then my friend tried to unplug the cables. Of course I didn't. In the end, the seller just plugged in 2 cables and the rest should be done by my friend at home. You are ashamed anyway because you don't know your way around, but that's why you ask. And it's not made small just because you don't know it. Sad. Actually you ask nicely for help and you are only made small. We will never visit the store again. Not recommendable. That's why.

Sie haben es geschafft einen nicht mehr erhältlichen (bei großen Möbelhäusern und auch im Internet nichts zu bekommen) Lampenschirm innerhalb von 10 Tagen zu organisieren! Noch dazu das richtige Leuchtmittel empfohlen bekommen, dass mir der neue Lampenschirm nicht mehr wie der alte Lampenschirm vergilbt! Tolle Beratung und tolle Leistung!! Nochmals Dankeschön! Many thanks to the Kolbitsch & Blass team! You have managed to organize a lampshade that is no longer available (for large furniture stores and also not available on the Internet) within 10 days! Die Firma kann ich nur empfehlen. We completely renewed the path lighting. Mr. Blass is a full professional with good ideas and good advice. The implementation with his people was perfect. Alle Arbeiten durchgeführt, Fehler behoben und Tipps gegeben! Knapp eine Stunde und alles erledigt! Jetzt hat meine Mutter wieder Vertrauen zu Unternehmen die zu Ihr in die WOhnung kommen! Monteur extrem nett und kompetent sowie geduldig mit meiner Mutter! Sehr zu empfehlen! Immer wieder - die keline Wegzeit nach Wien 1100 geht vollkommen in Ordnung :-) I got the tip for my mother in Vienna (75) to commission the Kolbitsch and Blass company.
