Verbauen minderwertige Leuchten (Aussage eines Projektleiters oder so "wir kaufen die Leuchten in Österreich", meine Antwort "Produziert werden sie aber im Ausland") und reden sich dann auf das Leuchtmittel aus, seit dem die Lammpe getauscht wurde halten auch die Leuchtmittel. Drücken sich vor Mangelbehebungen. 10 Monate diskutiert wegen Mangelbehebung. Daher die Geschäftsführerin nicht mehr weiter wusste wurde meine Mail-Adresse einfach blockiert. Fazit - Mitarbeiter haben keine Ahnung, bei denen ist alles immer normal , Geschäftsführerin verhält sich nicht wie eine Geschäftsführerin - Miserable Firma!!! This company actually has hardly any idea of what they do and doesn't believe the end user either!!! Install inferior lights (statement from a project manager or something like that "we buy the lights in Austria", my answer "but they are produced abroad") and then talk about the bulbs, since the lamp was replaced the bulbs also hold up. Dodge fixes. 10 months discussed for defect rectification. Therefore, the manager did not know what to do, my email address was simply blocked. Man wartet ewig auf ein Angebot, wenn man dann das Angebot durchsieht und Unstimmigkeiten auftreten auf die man aufmerksam macht, bekommt man nur eine freche Antwort der Geschäftsführerin, statt einem Gegenvorschlag. Sind Angebotsverhandlungen heutzutage nicht mehr aktuell? Abstand halten von diesem Unternehmen ! Am liebsten 0 Sterne! Dubious company. You wait forever for an offer, if you then see through the offer and inconsistencies occur on which you draw attention, you get only a cheeky response from the manager, instead of a counterproposal. Are bid negotiations outdated these days? Stay away from this company! Preferably 0 stars!
