★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zuerst Preisvergleich von Unternehmen im Süden Wiens erstellt. P & R waren knapp am günstigsten. Dann Besichtigung vor Ort und im Schauraum. Gute Beratung. Termin fixiert, für die Geräte angezahlt. Monteure kamen pünktlich und haben die Anlage (3 Innengeräte und ein Außengerät am Dach) binnen zwei Tagen montiert. Immer freundlich, Masken getragen, sehr auf Vermeidung von Staub bedacht. Als eine Kleinigkeit nachzubessern war, binnen 3 Tagen erledigt. Schlussrechnung ist binnen einer Woche gekommen.
First, price comparisons were made by companies in the south of Vienna. P&R were just about the cheapest. Then inspection on site and in the showroom. Good advice. Date fixed, down payment for the devices. Fitters arrived on time and installed the system (3 indoor units and an outdoor unit on the roof) within two days. Always friendly, wearing masks, very careful to avoid dust. When a little thing needed to be touched up, it was done within 3 days. The final bill came within a week.
