Hab mit dem netten kompetenten Herrn am Telefon meinen Fehler eruieren, lösen und Einstellungen optimieren können.
Fazit: Top Service, doch leider etwas gehobene Ersatzteilpreise..
Absolutely professional fault hotline, without wanting to send a technician straight away !!
Did the nice competent gentleman on the phone to find out my error, solve and optimize settings.
Conclusion: top service, but unfortunately somewhat higher spare parts prices ..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Da wie immer ein Fühler defekt war und wir deshalb weder heitzen noch Duschen konnten habe ich diesen bestellt leider nach einer Woche noch immer nicht gekommenen!
Heute dort angerufen die Lage erklärt auch nicht besser die Dame am Telefon meinte nur ich entschuldige mich nicht für die Fehler anderer!
Tolle Firmenpolitik!!
Since, as always, a sensor was defective and we could neither heat nor shower, unfortunately I ordered it after a week and it still didn't come!
Called there today the situation did not explain better the lady on the phone just said I do not apologize for the mistakes of others!
Great company policy !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nach sechs Jahren musste der Motor meiner Pumpe getauscht werden, da das Lager Alterserscheinungen aufwies. Da ich in diesem Bereich kein Profi bin, erachte ich das als normal und möchte hier vor allen Dingen die Flexibilität und zuvorkommende Kundenorientiertheit des Unternehmens kommentieren. Umgehend wurde auf meine Anfrage reagiert, wurde ein Motor zu einem sehr ansprechenden Preis und mit besserem Kugellager ausgetauscht. Auch auf Nachfragen wurde mir jedes Detail, das ich wissen wollte, sowohl in punkto Technik als auch in puncto Abrechnung erklärt. KNV Energietechnik hat von mir absolut fünf Sterne verdient und ich bin zufriedener Kunde.
After six years the motor of my pump had to be replaced because the bearing was showing signs of age. Since I am not a professional in this area, I consider this to be normal and would like to primarily comment on the company's flexibility and courteous customer orientation. My request was responded to immediately, a motor was replaced at a very attractive price and with better ball bearings. When I asked, every detail that I wanted to know was explained to me, both in terms of technology and billing. KNV Energietechnik absolutely deserved five stars from me and I am a satisfied customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir haben eine KNV Topline S1155 mit einer Erdsonde. Die Wärmepumpe an sich ist wohl eine der effizientesten am Markt.
Die Steuerung der Wärmepumpe ist leider sehr schlecht. Die Steuerung anhand der Innentemperatur ist quasi nicht verwendbar, weil das System mit den sogenannten Gradminuten das ohnehin träge System einer Fußbodenheizung noch träger macht. Unsere Heizung macht daher ständig Kurven zwischen Volllast und Stillstand (zB Aktuell: 23:00 Uhr kein Wärmebedarf: Außentemperatur 3 Grad, Innen: 22,5, Zielwert 22,5. Jetzt braucht es einige Stunden bis die Heizung wieder erkennt, dass Wärmebedarf da ist. Das Haus kühlt dabei stark ab.) => Die Empfehlung eines Technikers: Das Innenthermometer deaktivieren und die Steuerung anhand der Außentemperatur vorzunehmen. Das hat den Nachteil, das es an sonnigen Tagen mit solaren Einträgen oder etwa ein gelegentliches Einheizen mit einem kleinen Holzofen von der Heizung nicht berücksichtigt wird.
We have a KNV Topline S1155 with a ground probe. The heat pump itself is probably one of the most efficient on the market.
Unfortunately, the control of the heat pump is very poor. The control based on the inside temperature is practically unusable because the system with the so-called degree minutes makes the already sluggish system of underfloor heating even more sluggish. Our heating therefore constantly curves between full load and standstill (e.g. currently: 11:00 p.m. no heat requirement: outside temperature 3 degrees, inside: 22.5, target value 22.5. Now it takes a few hours for the heating to recognize that there is a heat requirement The house cools down considerably.) => A technician's recommendation: deactivate the indoor thermometer and control based on the outside temperature. This has the disadvantage that on sunny days with solar inputs or occasional heating with a small wood stove, the heating system does not take it into account.
