Ich habe seit 2 Jahren eine Nano Pellets Anlage im Einsatz und bin sehr zufrieden damit. Die Anlage arbeitet mehr als zuverlässig und effizient. Ich habe diese ans Internet anschließen lassen und durch das separate Gateway hat der Hargassner Support direkten Zugriff auf die Anlage. Ich habe jetzt schon zweimal einen "Sonderbedarf" gehabt, der meiner Vermutung nach über die Softwarekonfiguration der Anlage abzudecken wäre (Füllstandsmeldung und Änderung der Meldezeit Ascheschale). Zweimal habe ich richtig vermutet und ich habe direkt vom Hersteller Kundenservice sofortige unkomplizierte Hilfe via Email und Telefonsupport erhalten. Sehr kompetent und freundlich und die Kollegin hat sich jedes Mal selbst remote auf meine Anlage geschaltet und die Änderungen dort mit Erfolg vorgenommen. Danke an Frau Pichler. Es ist schön, mit immer den gleichen Ansprechpartnern zu tun haben zu dürfen, die die Dinge auch in die Hand nehmen. Für mich steht Hargassner damit nicht nur für Verkauf, sondern auch für nachhaltige Kundenzufriedenheit. Weiter so!

I have been using a Nano Pellets system for 2 years and I am very satisfied with it. The system works more than reliably and efficiently. I had it connected to the internet and Hargassner Support has direct access to the system through the separate gateway. I've had a "special requirement" twice now, which I suspect would have to be covered by the system's software configuration (fill level report and change in the report time for the ash pan). Twice I guessed correctly and I received immediate, uncomplicated help via email and telephone support directly from the manufacturer's customer service. Very competent and friendly and the colleague switched to my system remotely every time and made the changes there successfully. Thanks to Ms. Pichler. It's nice to always be able to deal with the same contact persons who also take things into their own hands. For me, Hargassner not only stands for sales, but also for long-term customer satisfaction. Keep it up!
