★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich habe hir ein Gewächshaus gekauft und habe angerufen ob es Wind und Sturm sicher ist, und es wurde mir gesagt das es starken Wind standhält. Mir hat es zum 2. mal eine Platte vom Dach geholt. Beim nochmaligen kontaktieren des Verkäufers hat er mir kulanter weise eine Packung Ersatzklammern geschickt, mit denen ich die Beschädigungen beheben konnte.
Alles in allem ein super Produkt!
I bought a greenhouse here and called if it was safe to wind and storm and was told that it could withstand strong winds. For the second time it took a record from the roof. When I contacted the seller again, he graciously sent me a pack of replacement clips that I could use to repair the damage.
All in all a great product!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir haben uns ein Gewächshaus gekauft, es waren einige Teile verbogen oder zerkratzt.
Hat uns aber nur bei der Eingangstür gestört die haben wir dann reklamiert wurde auch schnell Ersatz geliefert, leider war der ersatz dann wieder völlig zerkratzt, wir haben wieder ersatz angefordert, Antwort vom Verkäufer war das es nur leichte Verfärbungen sind vom aneinander reiben von einem anderen Alu Teil ..... und das würde nachwittern ne ist es nicht wieder geschrieben und keine Antwort mehr seit mehreren Wochen.....

But only bothered us at the entrance door, which we then complained about, a replacement was quickly delivered, unfortunately the replacement was then completely scratched again, we asked for a replacement again, the seller's answer was that it was only slight discolouration from rubbing against each other from another Alu part ..... and that would rewrite ne it is not written again and no more answer for several weeks .....

Update: 22.03.2022 Da ich sehr zufrieden bin, habe ich mir eine Pool Wärmepumpe gekauft. Lieferung war in dieser herausfordernden Zeit extrem prompt. Wie schon erwähnt........immer wieder gerne.

Update: 03/22/2022 Since I am very satisfied, I bought a pool heat pump. Delivery was extremely prompt during this challenging time. As already mentioned........always gladly.
