★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pickup and now a week sitting in the distribution centre… nobody awnsers the phone at GLS in my country (B) this is useless company…
Other parcel got delivered and never got it, courrier almost forced me to make a statement that I got the parcel (I drive truck and am gone mo-fr) and never got any reply what happened with the enquiry where I needed to fill out a for and give it to the courrier…?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The most terrible company in whole Austria! Noone comes noone actually delivers the packages, they just send an e-mail you weren't at home. I have been in lockdown for two weeks and was at home 24/7 but noone ever came to my door I just got an e-mail how I wasn't at home. Sent 10 e-mails and was promised by their delivery service on Konday this week that I will get my order by the end of this week but I still didn't recieve anything. Trying to reach them via phone is useless. I have send them once again an e-mail yesterday asking will I get my order and still didn't get any reply at all. Simply said terrible experience with them, they are maybe delivery company but they don't actually deliver anything so people avoid them at all cost.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service in Austria. I paid a lot of money for the delivery and at the end I had to carry home the product in my hands. I phoned to the customer service from my mother's phone, they give to the carrier my mother's number even though I wrote my own number to them on the website where I ordered. How do you say in German? Schreckich.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service ever, of course driver didn’t even attempt to ring a bell, I was waiting for a parcel at home. I have noticed a card for pickup my parcel like in 30 minutes after they left it, and went right to the pick up location. Such a surprise, but parcel wasn’t there either. They said to came at least tomorrow. This is unacceptable, such a delivery service should not exist! AVOID USING GLS AS POSSIBLE!!
