Rude employees and they treat you with an air of superiority as a junk. I travelled from UK for 24 hours through roadblocks without sleep to bring them 4 pallets with parcels. They laughed at me when I apologized for not knowing their language just english or spanish.I did not expect this from a country that I seriously believed a nice one.I felt really humled.

Absolutely rubbish, its the second time the delivery has said 'I was not home' which is false. I waited home all morning just to be given an email saying that I dont exist! When you try to contact customer service, you are on hold for 30 minutes and still nobody picks up! Emails, phonecalls, nobody answers! Still no delivery.

Worst experience ever. If I could give "minus stars" I would. No notice was left on my door (although I was in my apartment) and it turns out the packet had been in the "PacketShop" (a Turkish supermarket here in Vienna) since 4 December. The sender in England was able to provide me with the Paketnummer 3 weeks later and I was able to go and pick it up at the supermarket, not convenient! Now I been told by my friends in England that I should have received two additional packages. I have no tracking numbers for these packages. No notices were left here at my apartment -- and the supermarket clerk admitted that many of the drivers cannot speak or write German or English. I phoned GLS-Austria contact telephone number just now, but the recorded message said without a "Paketnummer" or "Parcel Force Paketnummer" they can provide NO information of any kind. No human answered the phone. I wonder if the parent GLS company knows about the abysmal service (and bad reputation) they are giving in Vienna?

The world's most pathetic parcel company, I have encountered. Absolutely no delivery attempts, no customer service, sometimes don't even inform about the parcels to be delivered/stored in a parcel shop, which usually take a lot of time to reach. The only benefit is that they don't throw parcels into Donau. Well, not yet. They may upgrade the services in the future anyways... Giving 1/5 is over rating, unfortunately I cannot give less.
