Ich habe 45€ für waschen, schneiden und Pflegespühlung inkl. Trinkgeld bezahlt. (geföhnt habe ich selbst) Very short wait. (Monday 14:00) The tried hairdresser was great on my wishes and I felt in good hands. I have 45 € for washing, cutting and care, including tipping paid. (I have blown myself)

Super geschultes und vorallem motiviertes Personal, dass Spaß an der Arbeit hat. Vielen Dank, speziell an Pia für die Top-Beratung und den tollen Haarschnitt. Für mich und meine Freundin undercut nachschneiden...30,- Zwei mal waren wir dort, zwei mal zuviel..Zwei mal denselben Friseur gehabt, konnte kaum Deutsch..beim zweiten mal hat er meiner Freundin ohne Einwilligung ein Zopf gemacht und ihr dann mehrmals über den Kopf gestreichelt! Ich betone nochmals MEINER FREUNDIN! Was soll das? Er hat mir zweimal meinen undercut verschnitten, da er kaum Deutsch versteht! Und für so was zwei mal 30,- ausgegeben. Nie wieder! Way too expensive! Cut undercut for me and my girlfriend ... 30, - Two times we were there, two times too many .. twice had the same hairdresser, could hardly speak German .. the second time he pigtailed my girlfriend without consent and then stroked her head several times! I emphasize again MY GIRLFRIEND! What shoud that? He cut my undercut twice because he hardly understands German! And spent two times 30 for something like that. Never again!

Die frühere Filialleiterin hat mir meine Haare verklebt, dass ich sie am nächsten Tag nicht mehr frisieren konnte. Dann war es einmal wirklich gut gemacht. Das letzte Mal hatte ich eine 10 Minuten Intensivpflege und die Haare waren strohtrocken danach. Das Wasser beim Waschen war auch sehr heiß. Sollte man schon wissen, dass das nicht gut für die Haare sein kann. Man sollte die Mitarbeiter besser bezahlen, damit welche mit mehr Erfahrung auch länger bleiben! Meine Kritik gilt der Organisation von Klipp. Neue Mitarbeiter können nicht sofort alles perfekt machen. Positiv ist jedoch die Freundlichkeit. The hairdressers are constantly changing and you never know if it will turn out well. The former branch manager taped my hair so that I couldn't style it the next day. Then it was really well done. The last time I had a 10 minute intensive care and the hair was straw dry afterwards. The water when washing was also very hot. You should already know that this can't be good for your hair. The employees should be paid better so that those with more experience stay longer! My criticism is for the organization of Klipp. New employees cannot do everything perfectly right away. However, the friendliness is positive.
