Und das alles während man(n) Kaffee oder Seiterl trinkt. Da gehe ich dann auch gern Haareschneiden... Was amazed at how professionally everything is handled: No waiting time with appointment, Friendliness and service at its best, Washing and cutting as you wish Not a single hair on the clothes after the cut. And all this while drinking coffee or a sider. I like to do hair cutting ...

Frage wenn man Platz nimmt. Qualität des Haarschnitts 1a, Personal freundlich. Immer wieder gerne! One of the last real institutions. Here you still take care of your customers. A glass of water, a sidelong, a coffee, that's the first question when you take a seat. Quality of haircut 1a, staff friendly. Always my pleasure!

P	Philip Hormayr on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Schon nach 10-15 min fertig (normal ca. 25min - für mich wurde sich keine Zeit genommen) Weder der Nacken wurde ausrasiert, Stellen seitlich wurden nicht sauber ausrasiert.. und am Ende hatte ich extrem viele Haare im Shirt, weil sie mir nur ein Handtuch mit Überwurf anlegte. Die Frisur war, dem Zeitaufwand entsprechend, schlecht und keine 21€ wert! ...war echt nicht zufrieden und habe darauf aufmerksam gemacht und wurde komisch angemacht! Already ready after 10-15 minutes (normally about 25 minutes - no time was taken for me) Neither the neck was shaved, the sides were not cleanly shaved .. and in the end I had a lot of hair in my shirt because she only put a towel with a wrap on me. The hairstyle was, according to the time required, bad and not worth 21 €! ... was really not satisfied and drew attention to it and was turned on in a funny way!

M	Marc Hinterobermaier on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Als ehemaliger Stammkunde kann ich nur sagen, dass der Chef eine absolute Zumutung ist: ausgesprochen respektlos, völlig inkompetent und beherrscht nicht einmal das formale 'Sie' mit seinen Kunden. Darüber hinaus bekommt man nur auf Verlangen eine Rechnung ausgestellt, obwohl doch in Österreich eine Belegsaushändigungspflicht gilt! ⚠️UPDATE⚠️ Als ein Verwandter dann noch einmal den Laden aufsuchte, wurde ihm vom genannten Chef prompt zu verstehen gegeben, dass weder er noch ich nach meiner (mehr als angemessen) Kritik noch erwünscht seien. Zudem wurde 'gedroht', dass das Telefonat, in dem ich Kritik geäußert hatte, angeblich aufgezeichnet wurde und sozusagen gegen mich verwendet werden kann/wird. Ziemlich unprofessionell, wenn man auf Kundenkritik so reagiert. As a former regular customer, I can only say that the boss is an absolute impertinence: downright disrespectful, completely incompetent and doesn't even master the formal 'you' with his customers. In addition, an invoice is only issued on request, although in Austria there is an obligation to hand over receipts! ⚠️UPDATE⚠️ When a relative went to the shop again, the boss mentioned promptly made him understand that neither he nor I were still welcome after my (more than appropriate) criticism. In addition, it was 'threatened' that the phone call in which I expressed criticism was allegedly recorded and can / will be used against me, so to speak. Quite unprofessional when you react that way to customer criticism.
