★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wirklich schlechter Service, es wird die ganze Zeit über Kunden getuschelt, man kann sich ja wohl ausmalen wie sie dann über einen sprechen, sobald man den Laden verlässt! Kompetenz lässt auch zu wünschen, am liebsten greifen sie sofort zur Blondierung, obwohl diese bisher nie nötig war?!
 Really bad service, customers are whispering all the time, you can imagine how they talk about you as soon as you leave the shop! Competence also leaves something to be desired, preferably they go straight for bleaching, although this has never been necessary before ?!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Leider kann ich hierzu keine gute Bewertung abgeben. Ich bin heute um 12:30 in die Filiale gekommen, wollte ein paar blondierte Strähnen und eine Tönung.
Kein schneiden, kein Styling. Ich habe langes Haar aber dennoch glaube ich dass es möglich ist diesen Service bis 18:00 Ende Geschäftszeit hinzubekommen. Dennoch wurde ich weggeschickt mit der Argumentation das wurden die Damen nur am Vormittag beginnen, da sie Angst hatten zu Geschäftsschluss nicht fertig zu werden. So etwas habe ich auch noch nie erlebt. Zumal ich diese Behandlung nicht das erste mal in einem Salon nutze.
Unfortunately, I can't give a good rating for this. I came into the branch at 12:30 today, wanted some bleached strands and a tint.
No cutting, no styling. I have long hair but still I believe it is possible to get this service done until 6:00 pm end of business hours. However, I was sent away arguing that the ladies would only start in the morning as they were afraid of not being able to finish before the close of business. I've never experienced anything like that either. Especially since this is not the first time I have used this treatment in a salon.
