H	Hans-Peter Aichriedler on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die haben einfach alles rund um die Schule und natürlich kommt das Basteln nicht zu kurz. Sehr freundliche angestellte. Weiter so. They simply have everything to do with school and of course handicrafts are not neglected. Very friendly staff. Keep it up.
F	Fatima Coulibaly on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr sehr schlechter Kundenservice. Wollte ein bestimmtes Spielzeug kaufen, von dem es nur mehr 2 Stück gab. Das eine war nicht mehr funktionsfähig und das andere voll mit Schokolade (hatte vielleicht ein Kind schon in der Hand?). Nach höflichem Fragen, ob es denn im Lager eventuell weitere Exemplare gäbe, wurde eine Kollegin geholt (Chefin?) die mir nur auf eine so unfreundliche Art, wie ich sie selten erlebt habe, gesagt hat, dass es „im Lager sicher nix mehr gibt“. Auf meine Frage, ob ich das mit Schokolade beschmierte Stück denn um ein paar Euro billiger bekommen könnte, da ich es ja reinigen muss bevor ich es verschenke, antwortete sie nur übertrieben genervt „Nein sicher nicht, das hat ja garnix“ und riss es mir förmlich aus der Hand. Dann wurden beide Exemplare (auch das kaputte) wieder zurück ins Regal gestellt. Trotz Freitag-Nachmittag ist ein solch inkompetentes, genervtes Verhalten inakzeptabel. Sehr unprofessionell, seine Laune an den Kunden auszulassen. Ich sehe über so etwas normalerweise einfach hinweg aber so wie diese Frau Kunden behandelt ist einfach eine Frechheit. Diese Filiale ist leider nicht empfehlenswert! Very very bad customer service. Wanted to buy a certain toy, of which there were only 2 more pieces. One was no longer functional and the other was full of chocolate (maybe had a child already in hand?). After polite questions, if there would possibly be more copies in the camp, a colleague was brought (boss?) Which told me only in such an unfriendly way, as I have rarely experienced, that there is "nothing more in the camp ". When I asked if I could get the piece smeared with chocolate because a few euros cheaper, since I have to clean it before I give it away, she answered only exaggerated annoyed "No, not sure, that garnix has" and tore it to me formally out of hand. Then both copies (even the broken one) were put back on the shelf. Despite Friday afternoon, such incompetent, annoyed behavior is unacceptable. Very unprofessional, leaving his mood to the customer. I usually just overlook such a thing but just as this woman treats clients is just a joke. This branch is unfortunately not recommended!
C	Christian Eibl on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ haben leider eine sehr überforderte oder überarbeitete und dadurch eher unfreundliche Kassiererin erwischt die uns Jö Rabatte nicht geben wollte und dann Schlussendlich die Rückgabe eines Artikels verweigert hat. Schade unfortunately caught a very overwhelmed or overworked and therefore rather unfriendly cashier who Jö did not want to give us discounts and then finally refused to return an item. A pity
H	H F on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unfreundliches Personal und keine Ahnung vom Verkauf: - verlangte nach der Neuen CD "Dome Vol.95" - verkauft wurde uns die vorhergehende "Dome Vol. 94" - ich sagte bei der Kasse der Preis stimmt nicht, die CD ist zur Zeit in der Werbung - egal, die CD wurde verrechnet und der Kassen Bon von der Kassiererin sofort ohne zu fragen weggeschmissen - danach um 18:30 Uhr hinter uns die Türe verschlossen - als ich öfters anklopfte wurde endlich wieder geöffnet und die CD storniert - danach wurde ich beschimpft, mit den Worten: Wir wollen jetzt "Alle nach Hause gehen" - außerdem laut Verkäuferin wurde mir sowieso die neueste Ausgabe von dieser CD Serie verkauft - danach habe ich mich sogar wegen der längeren Zeit, es waren nur zwei bis drei Minuten entschuldigt - die Verkäuferin schaute uns nur böse an, sagte nichts und verschloss hinter uns wieder die Türe Ein Einkauf bei Libro in Eugendorf ist wirklich nicht zu empfehlen!!! Unfriendly staff and no idea about sales: - asked for the new CD "Dome Vol.95" - The previous "Dome Vol. 94" was sold to us - I said the price was wrong at the checkout, the CD is currently in advertising - It doesn't matter, the CD was charged and the cashier immediately threw away the receipt without asking - afterwards the door locked behind us at 6:30 p.m. - when I knocked several times it was finally opened again and the CD was canceled - afterwards I was insulted with the words: We now want to "all go home" - besides, according to the seller, I was sold the latest edition of this CD series anyway - after that I even apologized because of the longer time, it was only two to three minutes - the saleswoman just looked at us angrily, said nothing and locked the door behind us again Shopping at Libro in Eugendorf is really not recommended !!!
