Man wird dann zu einem anderen Kollegen geschickt der sich anscheinend besser auskennt. Den Mitarbeiter findet man auch leicht weil bei diesem bereits 5 andere Leute auf eine Auskunft warten. Nach 40 min warten war ich an der Reihe und habe dann ein Rad gekauft. Die Montage um € 19,99 hab ich dazu genommen. 2 Tage später hole ich das Rad ab und stelle bei der ersten Probefahrt zuhause fest, dass die Bremsen beim Rad streifen und völlig falsch montiert wurden. Wäre ich einen Berg hinunter gefahren hätte ich wahrscheinlich nicht bremsen können und ich will garnicht daran denken was hätte passieren können. Am nächsten Tag telefonisch einige Fragen abgeklärt. Auch hier war der Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich und hat mir auf meine Fragen kompetent und geduldig geantwortet .. So macht shoppen wirklich Spass. Das bleibt in Erinnerung und man kommt gerne wieder Was recently given great advice by a super nice employee when buying hiking boots and hiking pants..
