â â â â â Super nette Mitarbeiter sowie auch die Ărzte. WeiĂ nicht genau ob es mehrere Ărzte dort gibt, aber das wichtigste ist es ja verstanden zu werden. Und das Personal macht einen super netten Eindruck. Habe mir bevor ich das Institut fĂŒr eine Therapie gewĂ€hlt habe, die Kommentare sowie auch die Bewertungen angeschaut. Rassistisch und unfreundlich wĂ€ren die Nachteile einer Therapie dort. Völliger Blödsinn! Das Personal am Schalter vorne geht mit mir genauso um wie mit den anderen, ob Ăsterreicher oder AuslĂ€nder. Respektvoll und höflich. Anscheinend kann man auch nur so mit jemanden umgehen mit dem man sich auch versteht. Ich wĂŒrde es nur weiter empfehlen Leute. LG
 Super nice staff as well as the doctors. Do not know exactly if there are several doctors there, but the most important thing is to be understood. And the staff makes a super nice impression. Before I chose the institute for a therapy, I looked at the comments as well as the reviews. Racist and unfriendly would be the disadvantages of a therapy there. Complete nonsense! The staff at the front desk is the same with me as with the others, whether Austrians or foreigners. Respectful and polite. Apparently, one can only deal with someone with whom one also understands oneself. I would only recommend it to people. LG

â â â â â Heute war ein Patient OHNE Mund- und Nasenschutz im Warteraum. Obwohl eine Therapeutin diesen Herren darauf angesprochen hat, wurde das Nicht tragen des Mund-und Nasenschutzes akzeptiert. Ich fragte die Therapeutin daraufhin fĂŒr den Grund und sie meinte es gĂ€be keinen bestimmten Grund dafĂŒr, also offensichtlich keinen medizinischen Grund dafĂŒr. Ich möchte niemand Unrecht tun, aber fĂŒr mich ist das Verhalten des Institut Personales nicht akzeptabel (auch bei der Anmeldung beim Schalter wurde das Tragen des Mund- und Nasenschutzes nicht eingefordert). Ich werde meine Folgetermine absagen mĂŒssen, da ich mich in diesem Institut leider nicht mehr sicher fĂŒhle.
Today a patient was in the waiting room WITHOUT mouth and nose protection. Although a therapist asked these gentlemen about it, not wearing mouth and nose protection was accepted. I then asked the therapist for the reason and she said there was no specific reason for it, so obviously no medical reason for it. I don't want to do anyone an injustice, but the behavior of the institute staff is not acceptable to me (even when registering at the counter, the wearing of mouth and nose protection was not required). I will have to cancel my follow-up appointments because unfortunately I no longer feel safe in this institute.

â â â â â War Termin zum ersten mal ausmachen und die Dame von Schalter 1war nicht unbedingt Patientenfreundlich - hoffentlich Ă€ndert sich das noch (da kommt man sicher gerne zur Therapie) - die Dame von Schalter 2 war schon netter. Kann sich doch keiner auskennen, wenn man noch nie eine Therapie hatte. Ich werde nach der Therapie im Mai sich mehr Eindruck haben von der Patientenfreundlichkeit...
Was the appointment for the first time and the lady from switch 1 was not necessarily patient-friendly - hopefully that will change (you will surely like to come to therapy) - the lady from switch 2 was nicer. Nobody knows their way around if you've never had therapy. I will have a better impression of the patient-friendliness after the therapy in May ...

â â â â â Extrem unfreundliche Rezeption. Unglaublich dass jemand so unprofessionell und unfreundlich zu Patienten sein kann. Wenn man die Arbeit nicht machen will, sollte man sich einen andern Job suchen. Kann ich absolut nicht weiter empfehlen. Vielleicht sind die Therapeuten gut, wenn man es schafft bei den beiden unmotivierten Damen an der Rezeption vorbeizukommen
Extremely unfriendly reception. Incredible that someone could be so unprofessional and unkind to patients. If you don't want to do the job, find another job. I absolutely cannot recommend it. Maybe the therapists are good if you manage to get by the two unmotivated ladies at the reception

Therapieplan mit Erinnerung SMS - wenn ein Termin ausfÀllt wird umgehend ein Ersatztermin geplant. Therapie Management somit ausgezeichnet!
Mitbekommen das Rezeption (Anmeldung) teilweise entnervt aufgrund stĂ€ndigem Nachfragen oder dolmetsch mancher Klienten aber stets bemĂŒht auf WĂŒnsche einzugehen!
Therapeuten ausgezeichnet jede/r mit einzigartigem Spezialbereich die sich gegenseitig ergĂ€nzen! bin aufgrund der Therapie schmerzfrei - Danke dem Team auch fĂŒr die HeimĂŒbungen als Hausaufgabe zur ErgĂ€nzung der Therapie!
Well organized structure from registration to therapy.
Therapy plan with reminder SMS - if an appointment is canceled, a replacement appointment is planned immediately. Therapy management therefore excellent!
Noticing the reception (registration) sometimes annoyed due to constant inquiries or interpreting of some clients but always trying to respond to requests!
Therapists award everyone with a unique specialty that complement each other! am painless due to the therapy - thanks to the team for the homework as a homework to supplement the therapy!

â â â â â Sehr unhöfliche Rezeptionistin, sie hört dir nicht zu aber antwortet sie sofort arrogant. Aber anscheinend tut das Institut nichts dagegen, trotz viele EintrĂ€ge hat sich die Situation bis heute nicht verbessert. So lange die Sozialversicherte keine andere Wahl haben wird auch nichts passieren. Sehr schade.
NatĂŒrlich sind nicht alle gleich, mich hat eine andere Person wegen einem Terminverschiebung angerufen, sie war super nett und kompetent, so wie es sein sollte.
Very rude receptionist, she doesn't listen to you but immediately replies arrogantly. But apparently the institute isn't doing anything about it, despite many entries, the situation hasn't improved to this day. As long as the socially insured have no other choice, nothing will happen. Too bad.
Of course, not everyone is the same, another person called me to change my appointment, she was super nice and competent, as it should be.
