S	S. C-K on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Als Kunde kommt man sich verschaukelt und unverstanden vor. Es wird nur ganz wenig Deutsch gesprochen. Die Mitarbeiterinnen unterhalten sich vor den Kunden nur ungarisch. Das gehört nicht zum guten Benehmen! As a customer, you feel shy and misunderstood. There is only very little German spoken. The employees talk in front of the customers only Hungarian. That does not belong to the good behavior!

Ich weiß das ich öfters hin gehen werde. Very friendly service, and also very quick, you don't have to wait long for an appointment and the prices are also very good. I know that I will go there more often.

Leider seit der Neuübernahme verschlechtert sich alles und die Nachfüllung meiner Wimpernextensions dauert über 2h bei der Stylistin. Das geht auch in 30 - 60min! I used to love going there as the prices are very justified. Unfortunately, since the new takeover, everything has deteriorated and refilling my eyelash extensions takes over 2 hours at the stylist's. This is also possible in 30 - 60 minutes!

m	m. s. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nach 1 und 1/2 Wochen löst sich am Zeigefinger das gel .. fahre hin und frage höflich ob sie mir denn einen Nagel reparieren würden natürlich gegen Bezahlung (von die zwei Daumen abgesehen aber sie waren wenigstens noch dran ) und sie schicken mich weg ,da ich einen Termin für EINEN NAGEL vereinbaren soll. Mir reist echt die Schädeldecke weg !!!!!! Habe in 30 Jahren sowas noch nie erlebt ! Wer hat braucht nicht „ mich und meine Tochter (€100,-alle drei Wochen ) verloren Frechheit After 1 and 1/2 weeks the gel loosens on the index finger .. go there and ask politely if they would fix a nail for me, of course for a fee (apart from the two thumbs but at least they were still there) and they send me away, because I should make an appointment for ONE NAIL. The top of my skull really travels away !!!!!! Have never seen anything like it in 30 years! Who doesn't need “me and my daughter (€ 100, - every three weeks) lost cheek
a	aschuba aschuba on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Niemals wieder! Hatte schon viele Pediküren - aber so etwas Unprofessionelles hab ich noch nicht erlebt. Schon der Empfang bei Termin ist unfreundlich - aber schlimmer ist die Behandlung. Die ungarisch sprechende Dame läßt die Arbeit liegen sobald ihr Privathandy läutet - unterhält sich ungeniert auf ungarisch - und hat dann genügend Zeit mit ihrer Kollegin (wieder auf ungarisch und während sie die Arbeit unterbricht) zu plaudern. Auf dem linken Fuß verletzt sie mich - sodass Blut fließt - aber sie negiert das völlig; an der rechten großen Zehe schneidet sie nicht nur eine Ecke rein - sie schleift den Nagel so dünn ab, dass es heute schmerzt. Keine Entschuldigung - im Gegenteil; obwohl das Blut links schon auf den Boden tropft - schmiert sie fleissig Creme drüber und verwischt es halt. Ich hätte schon vor Behandlung flüchten sollen - als ich das unsaubere Werkzeug gesehen habe mit dem vermutlich zig vor mir behandelt wurden - ohne es ausreichend zu säubern und zu desinfektionieren. Es war mir eine Lehre - günstig ist eben nicht gut. Zum Schaudern. Never again! Has had a lot of pedicures - but I have never experienced anything so unprofessional. Even the reception at the appointment is unfriendly - but the treatment is worse. The Hungarian-speaking lady leaves work as soon as her private mobile phone rings - she speaks unabashedly in Hungarian - and then has enough time to chat with her colleague (again in Hungarian and while she interrupts work). On the left foot she hurts me - so blood flows - but she completely negates that; on the right big toe, it doesn't just cut a corner - it grinds the nail so thin that it hurts today. No excuse - on the contrary; although the blood is already dripping on the floor on the left - she diligently smears cream over it and just blurs it. I should have fled even before treatment - when I saw the dirty tool with which probably umpteen had been treated before me - without cleaning and disinfecting it sufficiently. It was a lesson to me - cheap is just not good. To shudder.

Sie schauen sehr natürlich aus, sind dünn und schmal und dem Nagel sehr gut angepasst. So far only had experience with acrylic nails and received the best / most beautiful ones so far. They look very natural, are thin and narrow and very well adapted to the nail.
