★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Leider ist der alte Chef immer so unfreundlich. Jedes Mal wenn man ihn anruft hat man das Gefühl als hätte man was verbrochen. Das ist einfach nicht kundenorientiert und ich habe den Umgang mit Menschen einfach anders gelernt. Der Juniorchef ist super wie ich ihn kennen gelernt habe - kann man nur hoffen, dass der aus dem Betrieb zukünftig ein etwas freundlicheres Unternehmen macht!
Kompetenztechnisch bin ich auch nicht sooo begeistert: Warm und Kaltwasser wurde bei zwei Wasserhähnen falsch angeschlossen wo ich denke das sollte nicht passieren.
Zu Gute halten muss man, dass meist zeitnah jemand kommt wenn man was braucht (aber okay wir wohnen sehr nahe).
Unfortunately the old boss is always so unfriendly. Every time you call him you feel like you've broken something. It's just not customer-oriented and I just learned to deal with people differently. The junior boss is great as I got to know him - one can only hope that he will turn the company into a friendlier company in the future!
In terms of competence, I'm not that enthusiastic either: Warm and cold water was incorrectly connected to two taps where I think that shouldn't happen.
You have to admit that someone comes quickly when you need something (but okay, we live very close).
