Have not had a good experience with house installation with the company. The assistance provided in the event of air heat pump malfunctions is also unsatisfactory.

Es wurden die Termine nicht so eingehalten wie besprochen, selbst wenn man sie rechtzeitig bekannt gegeben hat. Monteure sind super, aber das rundherum eine Katastrophe. We had the entire raw sanitary installation done through EWH and bought the air conditioning. It was a mess from front to back. The dates were not kept as discussed, even if they were announced in good time. Fitters are great, but all-round a disaster.

Ist immer noch die beste Entscheidung gewesen mir bei EWH die Heizung zu gekauft Spitzen Heizung sehr niedriger Verbrauch keine Wartungen und das Team 1A wenn es um meine Heizung geht ist das der einzige Ansprechpartner den ich brauche If my heating had a malfunction, it was fixed the same day. The best decision was still to buy the heating from EWH. Top heating, very low consumption, no maintenance and the 1A team when it comes to my heating is the only contact I need

Der Techniker kam nach telefonischer Ankündigung super prompt noch am selben Tag - Reaktionszeit spitze! Und das am Freitag vor einem kalten Wochenende. So sieht toller Kundenservice aus - vielen herzlichen Dank!
