Leider ist das nicht mehr so, überall stehen Kisten und Karton herum, nicht nur am Tag wo neue Ware eingeräumt wird. Mit dem Wagen durchkommen ist fast unmöglich, Kinderwagen sowieso nicht... Letzte Woche hat aber eine Mitarbeiterin derart im Ton daneben gegriffen dass ich glatt eine Bewertung abgeben muss: bezahlen mit Bankomatkarte funktionierte nicht, die Verkäuferin holte ihre Kollegin. Diese schimpfte dann gleich los dass ich die Karte zu früh herausgezogen habe. Ich hatte die Karte aber noch nichtmal gesteckt, die Fehlermeldung war schon vorher da. Daraufhin hat sie gemeint dass meine Karte nicht geht! Ich frage mich wie sie das wissen will, wenn ich sie noch nichtmal eingesteckt hatte! Sie sagte dann wenn ichs nicht in bar habe muss ich 'das Zeug da lassen' . Auf meine Frage ob ich nicht bei der anderen Kasse zahlen kann hat sie dann genervt zugestimmt. Nochmal ganz hinten anstellen, alles neu drübergezogen und mit Bankomatkarte bezahlt! An meiner Karte liegt anscheinend nicht. Entschuldigung oder Verabschiedung gab's aber von keiner der Damen. Werde in Zukunft wieder in Geschäften mit Niveau und Kundenfreundlichkeit einkaufen, hier war ich zum letzten Mal. The Wörgler branch used to be very tidy compared to Kufstein. Unfortunately this is no longer the case, boxes and cartons are standing around everywhere, not just on the day when new goods are placed. Getting through with the stroller is almost impossible, strollers are not anyway ... Last week, however, an employee touched the wrong thing in such a way that I had to give a rating: Paying with an ATM card didn't work, the saleswoman picked up her colleague. This then immediately scolded that I pulled the card out too early. I hadn't even inserted the card, the error message was there before then. Then she said that my card would not work! I wonder how she would want to know if I hadn't even plugged her in! She then said if I didn't have it in cash I had to 'leave that stuff there'. When I asked if I could not pay at the other cash register, she annoyed agreed. Go back to the back of the line again, pull everything over again and pay with an ATM card! It doesn't seem to be because of my card. But there was no apology or goodbye from any of the ladies. In the future I will buy again in shops with class and customer friendliness, this was the last time I was there.
