★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice store but I can’t say the same about their customers service. Few weeks ago I went to kitchens sales department and they were unhelpful at all! and not even try to respond in one English word.
My German is very basic so I tried to explain that I want to make appointment with English speaker sales person to make my kitchen design and get a quotation but their answer was (leider nicht!) I spoke to three different sales persons sitting on different locations and they were all giving the unwelcoming response!
I walked down to the receptionist and I explained to her what I need (She was very nice and willing to help) she called them and asked me to leave my contact number and someone will get in touch with me but they never did !
I wonder how a company as big as Kika they don’t really care about closing deals, sales leads and customers service while on the other side of cars park there is Xxxlut and Momex and giving very nice service; welcoming staff and serving everyone equally no matter if you are local or not !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had placed an order of furniture which was supposed to be delivered in 2 days, but was not delivered.
I called the customer service and they promised to call back in 20 minutes but never did. This is my second bad experience of buying from this store.
Not a very professional behavior from the Kika team. Since there is no response from anyone posting this review hoping at least they would respond now !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purchased 1400 euros shoebox with mirror and coat hanger with delivery and montage in May, in July they delivered damaged furniture, I sent it back, in October they delivered the same damaged pieces from July, I sent it back, so after 6 months of waiting had to go to the shop 3 times to request money back (paid 50% in advance) as the customer service kept hanging up on my calls. UNBELIEVABLE!!!
