★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This restaurant was excellent. The food was surprisingly good for an all-you-can-eat restaurant and the whole system was very modern and cool. You scanned a QR code on your table and accessed a website from which you could order your food. There is also a self-driving robot which brings you some of your food, along with the waiters. The selection of food was very large and tasty. The staff were nice and helpful in explaining the way the system works. All the food was in small portions, so you could try everything.

This place is only good for watching service bot in action.
Been in Asia several times now, this resuturant basically serves European Chinese 'food' and imo it's just awful.

Food is top draw, lovely sushi.

They also have some robot waiters which kids will like.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to Hiro 3 times. First time in 2019, then in 2020. It was amazing! But in Dec 2021, the quality and the taste of the sushi reduced a lot comparing to the first 2 years. Unfortunately the fried food was full of oil and some fresh fish were not tasting good. I hope the restaurant can go back to the old times.
