★ ★ ★ ★ ★ habe zwei Dateien zum Probedrucken abgegeben, wurde zwei Stunden später angerufen, sie seien zum Abholen. Die Bilder waren komplett anders gedruckt, als ich es mir gewünscht habe, trotz ausführlicher Erklärung. Der Herr, der gedruckt hatte, war nicht mehr vor Ort - bin also den ganzen Tag umsonst herumgefahren :( Ich hatte leider nicht das Gefühl, dass man dort ernst genommen wird. Sehr ärgerlich!
gave two files for trial printing, called two hours later that they were for collection. The pictures were printed completely differently than I wanted, despite a detailed explanation. The gentleman who had printed was no longer on site - so I drove around for free all day :( Unfortunately, I did not have the feeling that they were being taken seriously. Very annoying!
