★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Schnelle, problemlose Annahme eines Unfalls. Danach keine Kommunikation. Musste ständig selbst anrufen wie es aussieht rund um den Fall. Nahm sich dann dennoch, wenn dann endlich mal das Telefon abgehoben wurde, genügend Zeit und erklärte. Nachdem es als Totalschaden gewertet wurde und ich die Zulassung holte, wurde ich äußerst unhöflich auf die Mittagspause ("Oida, des kanns aber wirklich nicht sein") hingewiesen, und das OBWOHL ICH ZUVOR GESCHRIEBEN HABE, DASS ICH KOMME UND DAS MIT EINEM "OK, ICH BIN DA" beantwortet wurde. Sowas muss ich mir als Kunde nicht bieten lassen. Generlell im Bürso sehr schmuddelig, Mechaniker brauchte lange um Unterlagen zu finden bzw. wusste nicht wo etwas ist. Insgesamt ist es für ein "mittleres" Erlebnis/Ergebnis zu wenig. Ich suche weiter.
Fast, problem-free acceptance of an accident. After that no communication. Had to constantly call myself as it looks around the case. Nevertheless, when the phone was finally picked up, took enough time and explained. After it was counted as a total write-off and I got the approval, I was extremely rudely informed about the lunch break ("Oida, it really can't be"), and THAT ALSO I HAVE WRITTEN BEFORE I WILL COME AND THAT WITH AN "OK." "I AM THERE" was answered. As a customer, I don't have to accept anything like that. Generally very filthy in the office, the mechanic took a long time to find documents or did not know where something was. Overall, it is not enough for a "medium" experience / result. I keep searching.
