★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Skoda superb wasserpumpe leider kaputt, abgesehen davon das ich niemanden einen skoda empfehlen würde muss ich leider über diesen Betrieb in eisenstadt schlecht Bewertung schreiben: Schlechter Service, halten die mobilitätsgarantie nicht ein, keine Nachfrage ob man wohin gebracht werden will. Anscheinend kein einziger Ersatzwagen da.... hab 7 Std. Vorort warten müssen bis mich jemand abholen konnte... Armutszeugnis fuer so einen grossen Betrieb.... DIENSTLEISTUNG und Kundenservice schaut anders aus...
Skoda superb water pump unfortunately broken, apart from the fact that I would not recommend a Skoda to anyone, I unfortunately have to write a bad review about this company in Eisenstadt: Bad service, do not keep the mobility guarantee, no demand whether you want to be taken where. Apparently not a single replacement car there .... I had to wait 7 hours on site until someone could pick me up ... Indictment for such a large company .... SERVICE and customer service looks different ...

Reparatur Annahme mit fachlicher Beratung bis hin zur Serviceleistung oder eben allfälligen Reparatur legt man hier sehr viel Wert auf kundenorientierte Dienstleistung was sich in Qualität der Arbeit und angemessenem Preis widerspiegelt. Keine größeren Arbeiten ohne Rückfrage und keine versteckten Kosten.
Transparenz bei jedem Arbeitsschritt und klare Diagnose des Problems bis hin zur Frage, ist die Reparatur noch sinnvoll oder was kann man unter Rücksichtnahme auf Sicherheit und Funktion günstig anbieten.
Gelegenheiten zu Probefahrten während das eigene Auto in der Werkstatt steht, wenn verfügbar und rechtzeitig angefragt auch ein Ersatzwagen verfügbar um mobil zu sein.
Meist ein interessantes Vorführfahrzeug.
Ohne Zweifel eine der besten Händler und Werkstattbetriebe im VW-AUDI-SEAT-SKODA

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unfreundliches Personal bei der Serviceannahme. 1 Stunde warten bei Reifenwechsel. 5 Stunden bei Pickerlüberprüfung. Nach meiner Beschwerde wurde nur gemault. Kundenbetreuung sieht anders aus. Werde einen Werkstattwechsel vornehmen.
Unfriendly staff at the service reception. Wait 1 hour when changing tires. 5 hours if the badge is checked. After my complaint was only complained. Customer care looks different. Will make a workshop change.

(noch verständlich aufgrund der COVID lage) Hätte mir eine kleine Reinigung erwartet, wurde notiert bzw. vermerkt wurde natürlich nicht durchgeführt. Vorlaute Dame am Telefon, unfreundlich! Tja Kamper's Ruf eilt Ihm woll doch vorraus!
430 € invoice amount (service and inspection) no replacement vehicle. (still understandable due to the COVID situation) I would have expected a little cleaning, it was noted or noted, of course, was not carried out. Loud lady on the phone, rude! Well Kamper's reputation rushes ahead of him!
