Da bist Du froh, wenn Du im eine Werkstatt geschleppt wirst, die nicht nur den Injektor für deinen ungewöhnlichen kleinen Dieselmotor vorrätig hat, sondern sich auch umgehend daran macht ihn einzubauen. Imagine you are on vacation with children and the diesel is on strike. You will be happy if you are towed to a workshop that not only has the injector for your unusual small diesel engine in stock, but also immediately installs it.

Sie waren nicht alle vier kaputt und mussten nicht alle vier getauscht werden, so wie man es mir in Villach bei der Ford Fachwerkstätte gesagt hat! Gehe nie wieder wo anders hin! Bring me a second opinion here! I saved 1800 € because the injection nozzles only had to be re-taught! They were not all four broken and did not have to be replaced all four, as I was told at the Ford specialist workshop in Villach! Never go anywhere else again!

Fehlersuche und Behebung sehr schnell, Ersatzteil lagernd, sehr nettes Prsonal in der Werkstatt und im Büro! Preis Leistung top! Simply great service had an engine malfunction on the way to Italy (3 children's car fully loaded) and we were helped immediately. Troubleshooting and rectification very quickly, spare parts in stock, very nice staff in the workshop and in the office! Price performance top!

Talked condescendingly about our place of residence, spreading falsehoods about other car brands and treating us as if she already knew what we wanted in advance.

Fehlerspeicher auslesen und Reparatur war in Rekordzeit erledigt. Konnten am selben Tag mit 2 glücklichen Kindern und voll gepacktem Auto weiter fahren. Sehr freundlicher Service!!! Many thanks to the Burgstaller team. Had an engine fault on the way on vacation and luckily found the Burgstaller dealership on the Internet. Read out the fault memory and repair was done in record time. We were able to drive on the same day with 2 happy children and a fully packed car. Very friendly service !!!

Kompetenz und Kundenservice habe ich hier deutlich vermisst. Unser Fordhändler daheim hat uns dann aufgeklärt über die "Reparatur". Entsprechende Schritte wurden eingeleitet The older couple was very unfriendly and especially expensive. Had to go because of a breakdown in transit. Transit explains everything, we'll never come back. I clearly missed competence and customer service here. Our Ford dealer at home then informed us about the "repair". Appropriate steps have been taken
