Sehr unfreundlich, so etwas haben wir noch nie erlebt!
Urlauber die auf Hilfe angewiesen sind werden im Stich gelassen.
This car workshop is unfriendly to the customer and unfortunately absolutely not ready to help you in a car emergency.
Very unfriendly, we've never seen anything like it!
