★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Habe im Skiurlaub festgestellt, dass sich unter dem Wagen eine Öllache bildete. Vor Abreise wurde vom Porsche Zentrum Bremen noch ein Ölwechsel durchgeführt und anscheinend eine falsche Dichtung verwendet.
Am Dienstag bei der Werkstatt angerufen und am Mittwochmorgen sofort bedient worden.
Der Mechaniker hat sich vorbildlich der Sache angenommen und auch den Unterboden gereinigt.
Ich konnte auf die Erledigung warten und anschließend gleich wieder auf die Piste.
Die Werkstatt ist sehr empfehlenswert!

I found out on a skiing holiday that there was a puddle of oil under the car. Before departure, the Porsche Center Bremen carried out an oil change and apparently the wrong seal was used.
Called the workshop on Tuesday and received immediate service on Wednesday morning.
The mechanic took care of the matter in an exemplary manner and also cleaned the underbody.
I could wait for the job to be done and then get back on the slopes straight away.
The workshop is highly recommended!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eine zerrissene Schneekette hatte bei meinem Passat meine komplette Bordelektronik lahmgelegt und einen entsprechenden "Kontakthalter" verzogen.
Die Ersatzteilbeschaffung, der Einbau und das Fehlerauslesen war innerhalb von 2 Tagen erledigt (inkl. Autowäsche). Dabei sehr kompetent, freundlich und immer erreichbar, - und das ganze dann noch zu einem fairen Preis. Nochmals Danke!
A torn snow chain paralyzed my entire on-board electronics on my Passat and distorted a corresponding "contact holder".
The procurement of spare parts, the installation and the fault reading was done within 2 days (incl. car wash). Very competent, friendly and always available - and all that at a fair price. Thanks again!
