Das Problem am Motor wurde direkt gefunden und behoben. Very good and friendly breakdown service. After engine breakdown in the mountains we were helped quickly and we could continue our way home. The problem with the engine was found and fixed directly.

Zunächst war das Personal sehr freundlich, deswegen ist dieser ein Stern den man geben muss evtl gerechtfertigt. Jedoch scheiterte es an der Kompetenz. Zuerst konnten die Fehler meines Autos nicht ausgelesen werden, dies kann immer mal passieren in meinen Augen. Danach habe ich Starthilfe bekommen und das Auto ist angesprungen. Danach sind wir weiter zur der Tankstelle, wo der Pannendienst ansässig ist, gefahren dort wurde mein Auto erneut mit Starthilfe gestartet. Mein Auto zeigte diverse Fehlermeldungen an: "STOP" im Head-Up Display, "Elektr. Störung GEFAHRT" unterhalb des Tachos und die Batterieleuchte leuchtet. Nach meinem Bauchgefühl als Laie wäre ich nicht weiter gefahren jedoch versicherte der Mechaniker mir diese Fehlermeldungen verschwinden nach einer 45 minütigen Fahrt. Die Fahrt war leider nie so lange. Nach rund 30km fielen immer mehr elektrische Systeme aus, zuerster wurde die Lenkung hart danach gab das Entertainment-System den Geist auf. Nur kurze Zeit später war es nicht mehr möglich zu lenken. Ich habe für den Service 110€ gezahlt, was ich auch gerne getan hätte wenn mein Auto wie versprochen nun Fahrbereit wäre. Ich habe versucht mit der Geschäftsführung zu reden und habe mein Geld wieder verlangt jedoch wurde ich abgewiesen und es wurde behauptet ich hätte den Hof des Pannendienst ohne Fehlermeldungen verlassen, dies stimmt nicht! Absolut nicht zu empfehlen!!!! I called this breakdown service because I stayed in Solden. First, the staff was very friendly, so this is a star you have to give possibly justified. However, it failed because of the competence. At first the mistakes of my car could not be read, this can always happen in my eyes. Then I got jump-start and the car started. Then we drove on to the gas station, where the breakdown service is based, drove there my car was started again with jump start. My car displayed various error messages: "STOP" in the head-up display, "Electr. Fault DANGER" below the speedometer and the battery light is on. After my gut feeling as a layman, I would not have driven further, but the mechanic assured me these error messages disappear after a 45 minute drive. The ride was never so long. After about 30km fell more and more electrical systems, first was the steering hard after the entertainment system gave up the ghost. Only a short time later it was no longer possible to steer. I paid € 110 for the service, which I would have liked to do if my car were ready to drive as promised. I tried to talk to the management and demanded my money again but I was turned away and it was said that I left the yard of the breakdown service without any errors, this is not true! Absolutely not recommended !!!!
