Wie sich nachträglich herausgestellt hat, hatte sie auch keine Ahnung von dem Produkt, wirklich unmöglich. Employee has advised me so rude and indignant and responded to questions annoyed pampig. As it later turned out, she had no idea of the product, really impossible.

Terrible service, drove there with prescription and shoes for insoles, but were sent to the competition because half an hour before the shop closed the saleswoman no longer wanted to record it.

Diese fand ich aber eigentlich ziemlich schlau und der Erstkontakt war auch sehr nett! Ich bin dann schon auf das Ergebnis gespannt und wie es meinem Hund gefällt (gut, sie wird sicher glücklich sein :P) I just came across Kerkoc by chance with a Ball Christmas promotion (Kplus Animal). This I found but really pretty smart and the first contact was also very nice! I'm already looking forward to the result and how it pleases my dog (well, she will be happy for sure: P)

Die jetzigen jungen Leute können ihr nicht den kleinen Finger reichen. Das heutige jüngere Personal hat es, bis auf Ausnahmen, anscheinend nicht mehr notwendig, dem Kunde wenigstens ein Lächeln zu schenken. Besonders in den Großmärkten macht sich das Gefühl und der Eindruck breit, sich als Kunde an der Kassa dafür zu bedanken, weil man hier zahlen und einkaufen darf und nicht einmal ein Blick geschenkt wird. Das gilt auch für Ordinationspersonal. Es scheint sich umzudrehen, dass nicht der Kunde König, sondern der Berater König ist. A few years ago there was a young lady in Dirmhirngasse 1230 Vienna, very friendly, helpful and informative, unfortunately she is no longer there. The current young people cannot give her the little finger. With some exceptions, today's younger staff apparently no longer need to give the customer a smile at least. Especially in the wholesale markets, the feeling and impression of thanking the customer at the cash desk for this is broad, because you can pay and shop here and not even get a look. This also applies to medical staff. It seems to be turning around that the customer is not the king, but the adviser is king.
