Ich kann das Geschäft wärmstens weiter empfehlen, auch preislich top! The problem with my laptop (defect in the charging socket) was solved quickly and carefully. The device runs perfectly again. I can warmly recommend the shop, also great in terms of price!
A	Alex Holzer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Herr Glaser hat den Schadensfall (mein Sohn hat Notebook-Display eines Freundes beschädigt) extrem kundenfreundlich und mit viel Geduld abgewickelt. Er hat sehr schnell geantwortet, einen schriftlichen Kostenvoranschlag an mich für die Versicherung gesendet und mich auch informiert als das Notebook repariert war. Die Rechnung hat er mir dann auch extra zugestellt und der Versicherung. Soviel Kundenservice heute eine Seltenheit. Mr. Glaser handled the claim (my son damaged a friend's notebook display) in an extremely customer-friendly manner and with a lot of patience. He replied very quickly, sent me a written cost estimate for the insurance and also informed me when the notebook was repaired. He then sent me the invoice and the insurance. So much customer service is a rarity these days.
I	Inka Schleicher on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich habe Herrn Glaser über das Angebot des Reperaturgutscheins der Stadt Wien gefunden und bin wahnsinnig froh darüber. Mein Laptop lief schon länger nur noch mit Kabel, Teile der Tastatur sind defekt und er machte immer wieder komische Sachen (Akku blähte sich auf, wurde extrem heiß, ließ sich nicht mehr einschalte, Bluescreen etc.). Ich dachte, dass die Reperatur sehr kostspielig ist und ich sie mir nicht leisten kann, da kam mir der Reperaturgutschein natürlich sehr gelegen. Herr Glaser hat innerhalb kürzester Zeit auf meine Mail reagiert, mir zugesprochen, dass eine Reperatur bei diesem Modell durchaus noch Sinn macht und so habe ich ihn zur Fehleranalyse zu ihm gebracht. Er hat mich wirklich ausgeprochen gut beraten, sich Zeit genommen, über alle Updates und Möglichkeiten informiert, Ersatzteile bestellt und getestet, den Laptop gereinigt (er hat mir Fotos gemacht und es war kein schöner Anblick :P und schließlich war es die Ladebuchse, welche die Probleme verursacht hatte und mein geliebter Computer läuft wieder! Ich kann ihn wirklich wärmstens weiter empfehlen, auch preislich wirklich top. Guter Mann! I found Mr. Glaser through the offer of the repair voucher from the City of Vienna and I am incredibly happy about it. My laptop had only been running with a cable for a long time, parts of the keyboard were defective and it kept doing weird things (battery bloated, got extremely hot, couldn't be switched on anymore, blue screen etc.). I thought that the repair was very expensive and that I couldn't afford it, so the repair voucher came in very handy. Mr. Glaser responded to my email within a very short time, promising me that a repair on this model still makes sense and so I brought it to him for error analysis. He gave me really good advice, took his time, informed me about all the updates and options, ordered and tested spare parts, cleaned the laptop (he took photos for me and it wasn't a pretty sight: P and finally it was the charging socket that provided the Had caused problems and my beloved computer is up and running again! I can really recommend it warmly, also really great in terms of price. Good man!

Hier wurden wir super freundlich beraten und Ursache gesucht und nach Rückmeldung und unserem OK sehr gut und zu fairem Preis behoben. Sehr sympathisch und absolut weiterzuempfehlen. Our relatively young laptop always had problems starting up and spontaneous crashes that we couldn't get under control. Here we were given super friendly advice and the cause was sought and after feedback and our OK it was repaired very well and at a fair price. Very personable and highly recommended.
