★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really loved the place, super friendly staff, extensive spa area, the rooms were very clean and cosy and the breakfast was brilliant. Although I can't give five stars as there were a few points I would expect from a house like the Kempinski to be better. The swimming pools were too cold to stay for more than a minute, the selection of the menu of the restaurant could have been larger and wouldn't call the taste exceptional. For example there was only one soup. An additional veggie soup would have been nice. Also the bistro area in the spa saw it's best days already. But maybe this room for improvement is all covid related cost-cutting and will be better once we are over it.

I was impressed by the high level of professionalism and friendliness displayed by all staff. Special thanks to Gus and Andrea from food service. Mr. Gerhard Bosse (general manager) is doing an excellent job. Highly recommended

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We arrived very late, but the night staff was very helpful and efficient with checking us in. The rooms were quite large since we were staying in the “Classic junior suite”. The spa was good although it didn’t have a hot tub which was a pity, since two of the three pools were outside. Room service and housekeeping were fast and effective. One of the best features of the resort was breakfast buffet with a vast selection of food.
