★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Spitzen Sache! Ich kann die Kurse bei Patrick nur empfehlen! Viel Wissen dahinter, super Herangehensweise, immer offen für Wünsche und "Kritik"! Auch die Location ist fantastisch! Kann jedem empfehlen, der einen Kochkurs oder auch einen Grillkurs machen will, sich bei ihm zu melden! Speziell finde ich gut, dass auch bei einem Grillkurs nicht nur gezeigt wird, wie man ein Steak mit einem €2000,- Grill genau auf den Punkt bringt - sondern auch das ganze rundherum. Ebenso bei den Kochkursen wird viel gezeigt, gemacht,... was man zu Hause leicht nachkochen kann.

Great thing! I can only recommend the courses at Patrick! A lot of knowledge behind it, great approach, always open to wishes and "criticism"! The location is fantastic too! Can recommend anyone who wants to take a cooking class or a barbecue course to contact him! In particular, I think it's good that a grill course not only shows how to get a steak with a € 2000 grill exactly to the point - but also the whole thing. The cooking courses also show a lot, do what you can easily cook at home.
