Ich kann nur jedem empfehlen, zumindest einmal einen Kochkurs bei Thomas zu machen! Nicht nur ist es wahnsinnig informativ, es macht Spaß und man isst wie ein Kaiser (Kaiserin). Die Zeit vergeht wie im Flug und man lernt, neben vielen spannenden Sachen aus der Küche, auch nette Leute kennen. Die Gruppengröße war absolut perfekt, nicht zu klein, dass man sich verloren vorgekommen ist, und nicht zu groß, dass es unpersönlich wurde. Vielen Dank Thomas! I was allowed to take part in a very interesting course as a substitute, herbs, spices and oils. I can only recommend everyone to take a cooking class with Thomas at least once! Not only is it insanely informative, it's fun and you eat like an emperor (empress). Time flies by and you get to know nice people as well as lots of exciting things from the kitchen. The group size was absolutely perfect, not too small that you felt lost, and not too big that it became impersonal. Thank you Thomas!
R	Reini O on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Der Kurs bei Thomas ist einfach klasse - genug Zeit um ihn und die anderen Teilnehmer*innen kennen zu lernen, die Anleitung geschieht mit feinfühliger Direktheit, man hat Gelegenheit bei (fast) allen Speisen mitzuarbeiten oder ein paar Kniffe und Tipps zum Kochen allgemein sind auch mit dabei. Sehr frische und qualitativ hochwertige Zutaten werden von Thomas besorgt, eine stimmige Weinbegleitung ist auch mit dabei. Der Abend machte unerwartet viel Freude! The course with Thomas is just great - enough time to get to know him and the other participants, the instructions are done with sensitive directness, you have the opportunity to work on (almost) all dishes or a few tricks and tips for cooking in general are also with it. Very fresh and high quality ingredients are provided by Thomas, a harmonious wine accompaniment is also included. The evening was a lot of fun!

Ich suchte einen der "Basic" Kurse aus und freute mich eigentlich nur auf den Wein. Ich war im Endeffekt begeistert! Thomas hat uns beigebracht wie man Alltag in der Küche erleichtern kann. Mit einfachen Handgriffen und aus den gleichen Basiszutaten kann ich jetzt viel mehr zaubern, bin beim Gemüse schneiden schneller geworden und verwende unterschiedliche Öle und Gewürze. Den nächsten Kurs buche ich mir selbst A friend gave me a cooking class with Thomas Hüttl and I wasn't particularly happy because I don't like cooking, but still have to do it every day. I chose one of the "Basic" courses and was really just looking forward to the wine. In the end, I was thrilled! Thomas taught us how to make everyday life in the kitchen easier. With a few simple steps and with the same basic ingredients, I can do a lot more magic, cut vegetables faster and use different oils and spices. I'll book the next course myself

Ich bin sehr begeistert und werde einige Kurse bei Thomas Hüttl buchen! Nur weiterzuempfehlen! The "Basic Course and Basic Knowledge" course was great! I learned a lot, cooked, ate and drank deliciously! I am very enthusiastic and will book some courses with Thomas Hüttl! I can only recommend it!

Besonders gut fand ich, dass die Gruppe sehr klein war, sodass man zwischendurch auch viele Fragen stellen konnte und individuell auf alle Teilnehmer:innen eingegangen wurde. Auch das Menü, welches gemeinsam zubereitet wurde, durfte von uns mitgestaltet werden. Die Gerichte haben mir alle ausgezeichnet geschmeckt und ich werde einiges davon auf jeden Fall auch zuhause nachkochen. Ebenfalls sehr gut gefallen hat mir, dass wir zu Beginn des Kurses gemeinsam einkaufen waren und viel erklärt wurde, beispielsweise worauf man beim Kauf der verschiedenen Produkte besonders achten soll. Alles in Allem war es ein tolles Erlebnis, das ich nicht missen möchte und jedem nur wärmstens ans Herz legen kann! An dieser Stelle danke nochmal für das tolle Wochenende! I attended the weekend cooking course "Asia from Japan to Thai". I found it particularly good that the group was very small, so that you could ask a lot of questions in between and all participants were individually addressed. We were also allowed to help create the menu that was prepared together. I all enjoyed the dishes and I'll definitely cook some of them at home too. I also liked the fact that we went shopping together at the beginning of the course and that a lot was explained, for example what to look out for when buying the various products. All in all, it was a great experience that I wouldn't want to miss and that I can warmly recommend to everyone! At this point, thank you again for the great weekend!
