Dagi ist so eine liebe Kursleiterin und gibt sich so viel Mühe alles so verständlich wie möglich zu erklären. Man fühlt sich super wohl und es hat mir wirklich große Freude gemacht. Ich freue mich schon auf den nächsten Kurs! :) I attended the Dripcake Ombre course at Dagi's and I would love to book each of her courses! Dagi is such a lovely course leader and tries so hard to explain everything as understandably as possible. You feel really good and I really enjoyed it. I'm already looking forward to the next course! :)

S	Sarah Schelmbauer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Der Fondant Kurs für Anfänger war super! Dagi Löser ist eine sehr lustige und aufgeschlossene Person, hat richtig Spaß gemacht. Selbst wenn man schon Erfahrung mit Fondant hat, lernt man trotzdem viel Neues dazu. Man hat viele Farben, Pulver und Silikonformen, die man zuhause nicht hat, und kann somit dort der Fantasie freien Lauf lassen. Etwas zu wenig Zeit zum Schluss um zu Dekorieren, am liebsten hätte ich noch viel länger daran gearbeitet, aber für andere war das Tempo genau richtig. The fondant course for beginners was great! Dagi Löser is a very funny and open-minded person, it was really fun. Even if you already have experience with fondant, you still learn a lot of new things. You have many colors, powders and silicone molds that you don't have at home, so you can let your imagination run wild there. A bit too little time at the end to decorate, I would have liked to have worked on it much longer, but for others the pace was just right.

Ich kannte mich davor schon gut mit backen aus, aber ich habe viel dazugelernt. Der nächste Kurs wird schon gebucht und ich freue mich darauf. Everything went great! Even in the Corona period, everything was perfectly organized and there was a very pleasant atmosphere when baking. Before that, I already knew a lot about baking, but I learned a lot. Ich werde mich sicher wieder für einen Kurs anmelden. The course was very well structured. Although I've already made several cakes, I've learned a lot. There were lots of tips and tricks. I will definitely register for a course again.
