★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went for skiing during school holidays (17.02.20019-22.02.2019). Despite the highest season, here we had better skiing than in SFL. It was so pleasure to ski here after that nightmare in SFL. No ques at all at the lifts, pistes perfect until the end of the day (especially black ones), very friendly and helpful staff, delicious food and reasonable prices at the Weißsee restaurant.
Could be some snowpark elements not only in summer period...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awesome! The the drive by car is breathtaking. Waterfalls, lakes, mountains and snow. You drive all the way to above the tree level. Amazing views. It's also clean so no garbage at the side of the roads.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good smaller-sized ski resort close to the Italian border. It's less visited so pistes are usually less busy. The slopes are well prepared and nice to ski/snowboard. Facilities are renovated and good. Unfortunately the food is mediocre quality at best and quite pricy compared to other resorts in Austria. It looks like the restaurant owners get low purchase price food to maximise profit (pizza, burgers, sausages, low quality meat).
The drive up the road can be snowy/icy, so be sure to have your winter tires on and snow chains with you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For me, it's the best part of Austria. The national park itself it's amazing, we enjoyed every moment there! The lake is beautiful, the road to the top is fantastic: for all the people who love to drive, don't stop until you reach the top!!!! Breathaking views everywhere!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice glacier with plenty of slopes. Great lifts. To get to the glacier is a pain and another thing that bothered me was how the slopes are terrace-like. Plenty of spots where you have to slow down and be extra careful.
