★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich kaufe schon seit Jahren bei Kauf dich glücklich ein, war jetzt seit längerer Zeit nicht in dem Laden und muss sagen, dass ich richtig schockiert war. Die Kundenbetreuung ist so schlecht geworden, da die MitarbeiterInnen total unfähig sind zu helfen und auch den Anschein machen als würden sie auch gar nicht helfen wollen. Mir war die Filialleiterin zwar schon immer unsympathisch, aber das hat sich durch meinen letzten Besuch noch intensiviert. Sehr sehr schade, werde nicht mehr kommen!
 I've been shopping at Kauf dich happily for years, haven't been to the store in a while now and I have to say I was really shocked. Customer support has gotten so bad that the staff are totally unable to help and don't seem to want to help at all. I've always had a hard time with the branch manager, but my last visit made it even more so. Very very unfortunate, will not come again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice atmosphere in the shop! The employees are very friendly and helpful. The shop is a little crowded (not with people but with products) and there’s no organziation concerning where they put these products. Difficult to explain but you’ll understand once you’ve been there! :) But in general it’s a nice shop, especially the clothes they sell are very cool and unique! Nice brands, but sometimes the items are really overpriced to be honest!

Friendly and warm client service. Seems to be a popular spot as quite busy. Happy that I came across this store and will happily return if I do come back to Vienna.
