Dr. Matejka, es beginnt schon beim Empfang, der gestaltet sich außerordentlich nett und hilfsbereit, man wird mit einem Lächeln empfangen.Kompliment schon mal dafür. Zur Frau Doktor: Sie weis ganz genau was sie tut, erklärt alles ganz genau Schritt für Schritt und ist ein äußerst emphatischer Mensch. Ich bin ein Angstpatient und kann nur sagen, sie schafft es mir meine Angst zu nehmen, egal ob ich mit Schmerzen komme oder etwas geplantes ansteht. Sie hat mir Implantate quasi vorbeigehen gemacht ohne irgendwelche Probleme. Nerven hat sie aus Stahl, denn ich bin sicher ein nerviger Patient :-) Die Assitenz ist immer sehr bemüht und es wird immer gelächelt und auch gefragt ob alles passt. Auch zur Mundhygiene kann man nur sagen: TOP und sehr erfahren. Danke für alles! Warum kann man hier nur 5 Sterne geben? Diese Ordination hat weit mehr verdient. Our family has been in the hands of Ms. Dr. Matejka, it starts with the reception, who is extremely nice and helpful, you are welcomed with a smile. Compliments for that. To the doctor: She knows exactly what she is doing, explains everything step by step and is an extremely emphatic person. I am a fear patient and can only say that she manages to take my fear away, no matter whether I come with pain or something is planned. She made implants pass me by without any problems. She has nerves made of steel, because I'm sure an annoying patient :-) The assistant is always very keen and there is always a smile and also asked if everything fits. When it comes to oral hygiene, one can only say: TOP and very experienced. Thank you for everything! Why can you only give 5 stars here? This ordination deserves far more.
