Im Geschäft gibt es noch mehr tolle Sachen als Online (casual aber auch elegant, für Damen und Herren, ein bisschen was auch für Kids), also unbedingt hingehen, wenn du in der Nähe bist. Ich hätte mir nur ein bisschen mehr Beachtung von den Mitarbeitern gewünscht... Allerdings war auch einiges los. Since one of my favorite shirts comes from Zerum, I urgently wanted more supplies. There are more great things in the store than online (casual but also elegant, for women and men, a little something for kids too), so be sure to go when you are nearby. I would only have liked a little more attention from the employees ... However, there was also a lot going on.
S	Steffi Stefanie on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Von meinem Batgirl Arsenic Shirt lösen sich an mehreren Stellen kleinste Kunststofffasern, welche während des Waschvorgangs als Mikroplastik in unsere Abwasserbehandlungsanlagen gelangen und von dort aus weiter in unsere Gewässer (Mikroplastik in dieser Größenordnung wird in ARAs nicht herausgefiltert!). Ich finde es sehr schade, da ich mich bewusst für ein mit Nachhaltigkeit werbendes Unternehmen zum Einkauf meiner Kleidung entschieden habe und dann muss ich mein T-Shirt nach kurzer Tragedauer schon wegwerfen - das widerspricht dem Nachhaltigkeitsgedanken komplett! From my Batgirl Arsenic Shirt tiny plastic fibers detach in several places, which get into our sewage treatment plants as microplastics during the washing process and from there on into our waters (microplastics of this size are not filtered out in ARAs!). I think it's a shame because I made a conscious decision to buy my clothes from a company that advertises sustainability and then I have to throw my t-shirt away after a short period of wear - that completely contradicts the idea of sustainability!

Die Kleidung ist qualitativ sehr hochwertig - und da ich Unterhosen am liebsten aus Baumwolle trage und diejenigen von Zerum so fein verarbeitet sind kaufe ich sie ausschließlich dort(Nebenbei bemerkt: obwohl ich sie immer bei 60Grad statt der angegebenen 30Grad wasche halten sie sehr sehr lange!) Ich kann den Laden nur empfehlen. Mode konventioneller Art geht meiner Meinung nach GAR NICHT MEHR. Ethisch nicht vertretbar. In keinster Weise. Leider wird darüber viel zu wenig nachgedacht und recherchiert. Solche Kleidung zu kaufen müsste NORMAL und alles andere die Ausnahme sein! Also umgekehrt zum Kaufverhalten der breiten Masse. Deshalb bin ich froh um Läden wie diese. Danke!!! I've bought a lot at Zerum over the past 4 years and I'm absolutely thrilled with the range of styles! The clothes are of very high quality - and because I prefer to wear cotton underpants and those made by Zerum they are so finely processed I only buy them there (by the way: although I always wash them at 60 degrees instead of the specified 30 degrees, they last a very, very long time!) I can only recommend the shop. In my opinion, conventional fashion is NO MORE. Ethically not justifiable. In no way. Unfortunately there is far too little thought and research into this. Buying such clothes should be NORMAL and everything else the exception! So the opposite of the buying behavior of the masses. So I'm happy for stores like this one. Thank you!!!

Nichts von der Stange, was schon jeder 2e trägt, sondern richtige Kunstwerke von teilweise heimischen Designern. Und das zu wirklich moderaten Preisen! Auch die Stoffe sind super - man findet eigentlich fast immer etwas was man unbedingt haben will. :-) Die dort arbeitenden Mädels sind total locker und freundlich - es herrscht eine angenehme Atmosphere und man fühlt sich jedes Mal wohl! Werde dort sicherlich wieder was kaufen. <3 Great, very chic things, totally individual and specially tailored! Nothing off the shelf, which already bears every 2e, but real works of art of some local designers. And at really moderate prices! The fabrics are great too - you can almost always find something you really want. :-) The girls working there are totally relaxed and friendly - there is a pleasant atmosphere and you feel good every time! Will certainly buy something again there. <3

D	Devi Hausman on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great style and selection of cool clothing and accessories with friendly staff, however BAD customer service. I bought a €20 water bottle from them and took it to hike up in the mountains. The pressure caused the bottom of the bottle to pop out so now it doesn't stand up straight, it just rolls around. I tried to exchange it and they wouldn't help me. The best they said they could do was take my faulty bottle for "at least a few weeks" while they contact the manufacturer and appeal to them for a refund. After all that, the shop would then contact me and tell me if they would exchange it for me or not. Why they had to keep my bottle there while they did all this is a mystery to me, and why they wouldn't just exchange it for me is an even bigger mystery. Because it's my only water bottle and didn't want to have to buy yet another one, I ended up not leaving it there, giving me no chance at a replacement from them. I left there super disappointed with my week-old wobbly bottle.
