The branch looks really nice and modern. But has never been at the counter, just a machine.

Als etwas besseres sieht sich wohl der firmenkundenbetreuer dieser Filiale, zumindest mir gegenüber. Das soll nicht sein.
Ihr lebt ja von den Kunden, denk ich mal.
Sich an EU Gesetze bzw. Richtlinien zu halten ist hier auch nicht in Mode, also unterm Strich sehr mies.
Sieht man aber eh schon an den anderen Bewertungen!
1 time for free drove to the appointment, 1 week waiting for feedback, customer service very arrogant! ???
The corporate account manager of this branch sees itself as something better, at least for me. That should not be.
You live on the customers, I think.
Keeping to EU laws and guidelines is not fashionable either, so the bottom line is very bad.
But look at the other reviews anyway!

Guys, think. You need something. Bad talk is about to happen, but have you already been to other banks, think a little before you criticize ?. Everything suits me?.
