P	Ph B on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Arzt top, erklärt alles genau nimmt sich zeit. Empfang etwas überfordert und nicht immer freundlich. Doctor top, explains everything exactly, takes his time. Reception a bit overwhelmed and not always friendly.
F	FIHO on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich war mit meiner 7 Monate alten Tochter dort und war schwer beeindruckt von der Kompetenz und Freundlichkeit. Absolut weiterzuempfehlen!!! I was there with my 7 month old daughter and was very impressed by the competence and friendliness. Absolutely to be recommended!

The best doctor. Explains everything exactly and takes time for his patients. Waiting time is not bad either. Despite private ordination, it is worth the money ?
T	Tamara Pichler on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wunderbar zu Fuß erreichbar und barrierefrei. Ein separater Stillraum ermöglicht Ruhe und Privatsphäre. Die Damen sind allesamt sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Dr. Pichler ist ebenso sehr nett, für alle Fragen offen und stellt die Entscheidungen der Eltern nicht in Frage. Wonderfully accessible on foot and barrier-free. A separate nursing room allows rest and privacy. The ladies are all very nice and helpful. Dr. Pichler is also very nice, open to all questions and does not question parents' decisions.

Die Dame am Empfang, ist ein Drachen, hat's wohl nicht verstanden, daß sie nur Termine vergibt und nicht Frau Doktor ist! Leider kein Einzelfall, daher haben wir gewechselt. At the doctor himself, there is nothing to criticize. Premises as you would expect. The lady at the reception, is a dragon, probably did not understand that she only gives appointments and is not a doctor! Unfortunately not an isolated case, so we changed.

Mir wurde aber gleich nachdem ich gesagt habe das wir noch nie bei ihm waren mitgeteilt, dass keine Neukunden behandelt werden. Sollte vielleicht auf der Homepage vermerkt werden, dass man sich die Mühe sparen kann sich dort zu melden, wenn man noch nicht vorstellig war... Wanted to change our pediatrician and make an appointment with Dr. Pichler. But I was immediately after I said that we were never told him that no new customers are treated. Should be noted on the homepage, that you can save the trouble to get in touch, if you were not present ...
G	Gudrun Paulitsch on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir benötigten heute einen Akut Termin bei Dr. Pichler. Telefonisch wie immer niemanden erreicht. Da wir in der Nähe wohnen wollten wir persönlich den Termin ausmachen und dort wurden wir mit einer schnippischen und arroganten Assistentin konfrontiert. Die sagt sie hat keine Termine mehr wobei die Ordination LEER war! Wir sagten es ist Akut! Aber es wäre nicht möglich gewesen heute noch einen Termin zu bekommen! Mein Fazit nach 5 Jahren Dr. PICHLER er ist ein sehr kompetenter Arzt und Diagnostiker aber mir scheint so das Akutpatienten nicht gewünscht sind und seine Assistenz hat in einer Kinderarztordination nichts verloren! Habe noch nie sowas unkompetentes gesehen! Somit suchen wir uns jetzt einen neuen Kinderarzt! Today we needed an acute appointment with Dr. Pichler. Reached no one by phone as always. Since we live nearby, we wanted to make the appointment personally and there we were confronted with a snippy and arrogant assistant. She says she has no more appointments and the ordination was EMPTY! We said it was acute! But it would not have been possible to get an appointment today! My conclusion after 5 years of Dr. PICHLER he is a very competent doctor and diagnostician, but it seems to me that acute patients are not wanted and his assistant has no business in a pediatrician practice! I've never seen anything so incompetent! So we are now looking for a new pediatrician!

Obwohl es ein dringender Notfall gewesen wäre. Anruf war um ca 8.45 uhr und Ordination war bis 12.00 uhr. Very unfriendly on the phone and I was immediately turned away with the comment that we are closing soon and are not taking any new patients. Although it would have been an urgent emergency. Call was at about 8:45 a.m. and surgery was until 12:00 p.m.
