Hab aufgrund dessen den Makler gewechselt.
I wanted to cancel my life insurance and I also announced this in writing by email. Silvia did not respond.
Because of that I changed the broker.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Communication with this Versicherungsmakler is quite bad. They are happy to sign contract with you, but not so eager to help with termination of any contract whatsoever. It seems that the usual waiting time for email response is about 3 weeks.
