Wäre schön, wenn die Mitarbeiter diesen leeren könnten, bevor sie am Wochenende gehen. Truely constructed. Unfortunately, I have experienced it several times now that the coin machine does not work. Would be nice if the staff could empty this before they go on weekends.

Wochenlang kein Rückruf kein Zuständiger Bankmitarbeiter erreichbar und für mich eigentlich ein Witz überhaupt es ist nicht möglich gewesen eine Überweisung vom Geschäftskonto zu tätigen muss angeblich manuell freigeschaltet werden die Funktion ! Bin völlig fassungslos über solch eine Denkweise ! Und dafür noch horrende Gebühren verlangen ist ein Witz !!!! Diese Bank sicher nie wieder !! I have never seen a worse bank. No call back for weeks, no responsible bank employee available and for me actually a joke at all it was not possible to make a transfer from the business account supposedly has to be activated manually! I am completely stunned by such a way of thinking! And charging horrendous fees for that is a joke !!!! This bank will never be back !!

Versucht mir nichts aufzudrücken und hat mir einen guten Preis für meine Kontoführung gemacht. Es ist nicht der billigste Preis am Markt, aber dafür bekomme ich eben auch guten Service. Die Filiale ist gut mit dem Auto erreichbar und man hat immer einen Parkplatz im Hinterhof. Very friendly and hard-working staff, customer service representatives get in touch with me quickly and take care of my concerns. Tried not to impose on me and got me a good price for my account management. It's not the cheapest price on the market, but I also get good service for it. The branch is easily accessible by car and there is always a parking space in the backyard.
