Bank for every compliment. There is never a crowd, the staff is very friendly. Free wifi. Objection for business, they do not have SMS reports for changes in the balance on payment cards. If they introduce it, they will get 5 * ☀️?

Have had many times to deal with staff, everyone was friendly and I was always helped with my problems. :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Der Umgang mit Kunden sollte überdacht werden. Kein wirklicher Service. Bin seit 15 Jahren bei der Bank und habe jetzt gewechselt. Bin sehr enttäuscht.
Dealing with customers should be reconsidered. No real service. I have been with the bank for 15 years and have now changed. Am very disappointed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die Mitarbeiter bei der 24 std Hotline ich glaube Seil oder so weil nicjt einmal reden konnte sie nicjt anständig hat nicht einmal das buchstabierte aufschreiben und dann nach 10 Minuten total unfreundlichkeit hat sie einfach aufgelegt.
So unfreundliches personal.
The staff at the 24 hour hotline, I think rope or something, because they couldn't even talk, they didn't even write the spelled down and then after 10 minutes of total unfriendliness they just hung up.
Such rude staff.
