Die hat zurückgerufen,aber der herr dergovic,da kannst lange warten

Generell entwickeln sich die meisten Banken immer mehr weg vom Kunden.
Wanted to change a € 5 note in coins for the parking meter and was rejected outright because I am not a customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sowas hab ich noch nie erlebt. Unfreundlicher und servicefreier geht es wohl nicht ? es werden keine 5 Euro gewechselt weil man kein Konto bei der Bank hat. Offensichtlich kommt es der inkompetenten Führung nicht in den Sinn, dass man ein potentieller Neukunde ist. Mich hat man jedenfalls für immer verloren. Kein Wunder das die Onlinebanken immer mehr zulauf bekommen....
I have never experienced something like that. Unfriendly and service-free it probably does not ? it will not change 5 euros because you have no account at the bank.
