Er ist nicht rund um die Uhr erreichbar aber er ruft auch immer zurück. Nachdem was ich bei anderen Versicherungen erlebt habe ist die Zürich für mich eine echte Erholung!
Absolutely easy and sympathetic, very cheap on top of that! My advisor is Helmut K. and I have gradually brought ALL my insurance to him. He is not available around the clock but he always calls back. After what I have experienced in other insurance Zurich is for me a real rest!

This institution allows me to borrow money from my account, even though the annual bonus has been deducted months ago !!!
