Bis jetzt wurde immer alles zu meiner Zufriedenheit erledigt, Termin geht bei Notfällen sehr schnell nur für Servicetermine wartet man im Winter bisschen länger da muss man sich rechtzeitig etwas ausmachen. Erste Firma bei mir die nicht nur 15 Minuten mit dem Staubsauger ausputzt sondern die Geräte wirklich zerlegt.
Great company, very nice employees / boss from office to technician. So far everything has always been done to my satisfaction, appointments go very quickly in emergencies, only for service appointments you wait a little longer in winter because you have to come up with something in good time. First company with me that not only cleans with a vacuum cleaner for 15 minutes but actually dismantles the devices.
