Kundendaten werden vom Wohnungseigentümer und der Hausverwaltung aufgrund eines falsch eingebauten Waschmaschinenanschlusses weitergegeben, damit ein Termin ausgemacht werden kann und der Fehler behoben wird. Anschließend werden die Daten ohne jegliche Zustimmung und entgegen der DSGVO weiter verwendet und eine Kartei angelegt. Dann bekommt man einen Anruf um einen Termin auszumachen, es wird kein Preis genannt und es wird auch nicht konkret aufgeklärt warum und wozu ein Termin ausgemacht werden soll. Daraufhin kommt ein Mitarbeiter der Firma und füllt ein Formular im fremden Namen aus und bestätigt damit einen Vertragsabschluss. Es wurde ohne bedarf eine Thermenwartung durchgeführt und in Rechnung gestellt. Ohne schriftlichen oder mündlichen Vertrag wurde eine Leistung aufgezwungen welche nicht benötigt wurde. Ich kann jedem nur empfehlen die Finger von dieser Firma zu lassen. This company would not deserve a star! Auf meine Frage, wie hoch diese sein würde?, sagte er ca 200€. Im Endeffekt durfte ich 317€bezahlen. Wie ich die Rechnung erhalten habe, musste ich feststellen, dass 2,5 Arbeitsstunden verrechnet wurden, obwohl der Installateur nur 2 Stunden bei uns war. Nach Rücksprache mit der Firma, würde mir erklärt, dass die Navigationdaten von dem Kfz als Anwesenheitszeit verwendet wird. Quasi der Mitarbeiter hat 30 min mit anderen Tätigkeiten verbracht. Anfahrtszeit wird trotzdem verrechnet. Ich werde diese Firma nicht mehr engagieren, und Freunden und Bekannten davon abraten. Incredible! Die Firma Winter ist seit Jahren für die Wartung meiner Geräte zuständig und hat jeden meiner Kundenwünsche zu meiner vollsten Zufriedenheit erfüllt. Die Arbeiter sind sehr kompetent und stehts freundlich! Würde die Firma ohne schlechtes Gewissen sofort jeden weiterempfehlen! Danke und bitte weiter so! I can only say a top company! Alles schnell, sauber, extrem genau und sorgfältig, mehrfach kontrolliert. 2 sehr nette und kommunikative Mitarbeiter. Da war auch mal ein schmäh drin. Hochprofessionell, sehr zu empfehlen!!
