★ ★ ★ ★ ★ grundsätzlich nett, aber warum versucht die mitarbeiterin zu betrügen. bei lotoziehungen gibt es vielfach zusatzziehungen. wenn man glaubt, man bekommt den schein zurück, täuscht man sich. nur striktes nachfragen hilft und dann kommt er eher unmutig ausgehändigt oder man wühlt in einem behälter, dass man als kunde eher sagt, lassen sie es. dieser wird wahrscheinlich am abend gecheckt ob es den treffer gibt. für mich eindeutig BETRUG und nicht akzeptabel. dienst am kunden ist anders, schade.
basically nice, but why is the employee trying to cheat. with lotus drawings there are often additional drawings. if you think you will get the bill back, you are mistaken. Only strict inquiries help and then it comes rather disgruntled or you rummage in a container that as a customer you are more likely to say leave it. this will probably be checked in the evening whether there is a hit. for me clearly a FRAUD and not acceptable. customer service is different, what a shame.
