Habe zuvor auf der Homepage die Öffnungszeiten für FR Nachmittag überprüft (bis 1700 Uhr) und bin hingefahren. Es war allerdings geschlossen obwohl auf der Homepage, auf Google und auf der Tür des Geschäftes bis 1700 Uhr ausgewiesen war! Telefonisch ist niemand erreichbar —> absolut unprofessionell! I just wanted to get spare parts for a device (FR 1600). I checked the opening times for FR afternoon on the homepage (until 5:00 p.m.) and went there. However, it was closed although it was shown on the homepage, on Google and on the door of the shop until 5:00 p.m. Nobody can be reached by phone -> absolutely unprofessional!

M	Markus Walouschek on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ FC5 vor erwas nehr als 2 Jahren gekauft, maximal 50x verwendet (obwohl das sogar hoch gegriffen ist) und eben kurz nach Ablauf der Garantie defekt. Nach meiner schlechten Bewertung auf Kärcher.com kontaktierte mich die Firma Kärcher und bot eine Kulanzreparatur in Höhe von 52,- (normal 104,-) an. Für ein Gerät das unterdurchschnittlich verwendet wurde und nach etwas mehr als 2 Jahren kaputt wird ist dies einfach nicht akzeptabel. Die Fa Kärcher sollte sich überlegen welchen Schrott sie hier verkauft (siehe mittlerweile 100te negative Rezessionen zu diesem Produkt) wenn so viele Kunden den selben Defekt haben. Somit will ich auch hier potentiellen KäuferInnen von diesem Produkt abraten da die Qualität nicht ansatzweise der Kärcher üblichen (zumindest früher) nahe kommt. Bei einem Kaufpreis von >200,- gibt es qualitativ bessere Alternativen. Btw habe ich das Teil heute entsorgt und ein Kärcher kommt mir somit nicht mehr ins Haus. Bought the FC5 more than 2 years ago, used it a maximum of 50 times (although that's a bit high) and just broke shortly after the warranty expired. After my bad rating on Kärcher.com, the Kärcher company contacted me and offered a goodwill repair of 52.00 (normally 104.00). For a device that has been used below average and breaks after just over 2 years, this is simply unacceptable. The Kärcher company should consider what scrap they are selling here (see meanwhile 100th negative recessions for this product) when so many customers have the same defect. So I also want to advise potential buyers against this product because the quality does not come close to the Kärcher usual (at least earlier). At a purchase price of >200,- there are qualitatively better alternatives. Btw I disposed of the part today and a Kärcher is therefore no longer in my house.
H	Harald Lechner on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich habe in August 2019 einen SE 6.100 Waschsauger gekauft. Da ich Reisebusfahrer war und es ab und zu vorkam, dass ein Sitz versaut wurde. Doch dann kam der erste Lockdown und der Waschsauger wurde 2 Jahre nicht gebraucht. Jetzt hätte ich ihn bei meiner Tochter gebraucht und er funktionierte nicht, da die Wasserpumpe nicht fördert. Lange Rede kurzer Sinn, die Dame war sehr nett aber ich bin wieder mit dem wenig gebrauchten ( 5 Sitze), aber kaputten Waschsauger nach Hause gefahren, da eine Reparatur 129 Euro gekostet hätte. Wir haben 8 Kärcher Geräte im Haus, das war das Letzte. Ich bin sehr enttäuscht LG Harald I bought a SE 6.100 vacuum cleaner in August 2019. Since I was a coach driver and it happened from time to time that a seat was messed up. But then the first lockdown came and the vacuum cleaner was not used for 2 years. Now I would have needed it with my daughter and it did not work because the water pump does not deliver. Long story short, the lady was very nice, but I drove home with the little used (5 seats) but broken vacuum cleaner, as a repair would have cost 129 euros. We have 8 Kärcher devices in the house, that was the last one. I am very disappointed LG Harald
H	Heinz Neubauer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bei einer Rep. Pauschale von 120 Euro bei einem Neupreis von 160 Euro braucht man über Kärcher mit mir nicht mehr reden. Gerät nicht sehr oft benützt. Leider nach meinen Erfahrungen nicht zu empfehlen. With a rep. Flat rate of 120 euros at a new price of 160 euros, you don't need to talk to me about Kärcher anymore. Device not used very often. Unfortunately not to be recommended in my experience.
